“Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very willing to work with the customer in multiple ways and there's no price gauging here. Discovered this place on accident through marketplace because they were nice enough to coordinate the sale of a Volvo (their specialty) for one of their elderly female customers. Very easy to work with and great communication. Prices are fair and just. Will be back. They also undercoat here but as far as I know it's ONLY for a limited time during late fall/early winter.”

“Vehicle repairs can be frustrating, to say the least. When you find a good mechanic who is skilled, knowledgeable, personable, reasonably priced, and honest, like the guys at Route 2 Auto, they certainly make the going much smoother. What a difficult job to troubleshoot and deal with the mechanical and computerized electronic headaches of today's vehicles. Joey and Will can do it all, and they are incredibly patient, never seeming to get their feathers ruffled. They have our undying respect and appreciation. They have saved us many thousands of dollars with ingenious solutions that would have otherwise been so cost-prohibitive that we would have had to scrap our vehicles. They have also given us wise advice on what vehicles we might look into that would work best for our needs and save us headaches in the future.
