U-Pack has been amazing for my out of state moves. The service is impeccable from the customer support, to the pick up and drop off service. Such a great value for the services received. I've used them twice now and I wouldn't have it any other way!

We knew in advance that UPack didn't actually service our neighborhood (due to narrow streets, hills, bad pavement) so we'd have to hire a local transport service to actually get the contents of the cube to our house. This secondary service turned out to cost $300 more than predicted -- the lesson is to do research on the various secondary services in advance and make sure that the discount from U-Pack matches the actual cost. However, nothing was broken or lost and everything came through on time and all along the way people knew what was happening, answered the phone and knew what to do next.

Highly recommend, we moved from NH to PA. Very affordable, very friendly, the drivers who dropped off and picked up were great, went over everything and explained. The website and text for pick up was very simple. I hope to never move again but I will use them again. Thank you.

I have nothing bad to say about my experience with U-Pack. The price seemed reasonable to me, they delivered exactly when they said they would. Everyone was friendly and helpful, including the dispatchers on both ends.

They got us our moving truck a day or two later than expected. I had to call them to get a time frame but they were able to accomodate my time frame, if not the specific day. However we had no damages. We did secure it well ourselves, but we still expected worse.

Able to use the Relo-cube easily, was delivered and placed in our driveway expertly, once packed it was picked up and sent to our new home. Delivery was on time and the empty cube was picked up the next day as requested. Great communication via text and phone. Everyone we dealt with was informative and professional.

This is the second time I've used the ABF Relo-Cube. It is very simple and easy. Everything moved without a problem and was on-time all the way. I liked that I could save some money by bringing my items to an ABF depot. Everyone I dealt with was very professional.

We have used u-pack two times and have been very pleased with their services. Quotes were reliable and accurate. Trailer drop-off and pickup were professional and reliable. This is a perfect service if you want the time to pack up and load rather than being rushed. They also provide at least 3 business days to load and unload and will work with you so it can be 5 days. Our trailer arrived in the expected time frame, and tracking it's progress can be done on line. We moved from Vermont to Montana and were pleased with the way our belongings arrived. We are not planning any more moves, but if we ever do we would definitely choose U-Pack again.

Easy to work with, delivered and picked up on time, driver was very friendly and helpful. Booking online provided answers to all our questions... smooth from start to finish. We used one U-Pack container to move from NH to FL. Thanks! Definitely recommend.
