I had gone to VT-NH for various dogs and cats and I did like them. i spent a lot of money there when I had my diabetic cat who eventually died. A short time ago, i called to get my cat's teeth cleaned. I had been remiss in doing that because he has been hard to get into a carrier. I called on a Monday and the receptionist said she had to check with the vet and would called back, No call so I tried again, This went on for four days and finally i asked what was going on and she said they were deciding whether they should let me bring him as I had missed an appointment with him already. I also missed one on the day my diabetic cat was literally dying. I waited for four days so they could decide and if I had not asked why it was taking so long, I might have been told the same thing for another 1, 2, 3, or more days. I hung up but then called back and left a message saying they had some nerve keeping me hanging like that and I would find another vet which is no easy task these days. They had no regard for my cat or for me. The receptionists were always ver nice and helpful though.

This has nothing to do with their business but they placed a $230 ice cream order from my friends work, we'll over 50 people ordered ice cream with a massive line. They didn't leave a single cent tip which, as someone who works in the service industry, is awful to not give a tip to a minimum wage worker for such a massive order/work load.

The various vets and techs of this practice have cared for my family’s pets since 1996, and I have always found them to be wise, skilled, and caring. I recommend the practice wholeheartedly.

VT NH vet clinic are were so helpful when we had an emergency with our cat. They were kind, professional and reasonably priced. I’m so thankful that we choose them as our regular vet, because when you need a vet in an emergency it’s nice to know you have someplace local to go.

Terrible people who won’t help in an emergency.

Terrible people who will not help your animal in an emergency. Go elsewhere. They were our vet. Our dog was sick. They wanted him to wait a week. When I said he was sick and needed to be seen, they told me that they don't see sick animals and referred me elsewhere. What kind of vet is that?

Everyone who works here is so friendly and caring. I starting going here after I was unhappy with my previous vet's bedside manner. It is 45 minutes away from me and there are 3 other vet's I could go to but I am happy to go out of my way to bring my pets here. I won't bring my pets anywhere else! They also have great hours and availability so I don't need to miss work to bring my pets to their appointments.

They are absolutely responsive, compassionate and caring. I'm so glad I found them!! I was desperate after my veterinarian retired and they fit the bill!!

Dr Svec is a wonderful caring vet. He has been the go to vet since he started at Vt-NH vet clinic many years ago. When he fully retires we will have lost the most compassionate vet I know.
