Selfishly, I almost hesitate to give a great review of Michele's nail Spa to prevent my not being able to get an appointment next time I want one but the good angel on my shoulder is preventing me from doing that. Michele does a GREAT JOB. She's highly competent and my manicure lasted way longer than usual. I was also very pleasantly surprised at how nice her little room was decorated. It was super clean as well which is always very important to me and an issue that most often prevents me from returning to a new salon. I will say it took me several tries over a number of weeks and months to get an appointment but I am very glad that I finally got in and of course, made a follow up appointment for the next time. The cost was a bit more than I normally pay but for great quality, it is well worth it. I look forward to seeing Michele again soon.

I took my friend here for her first ever pedicure, it was such a great experience! Michele was wonderful!! So easy to talk to :)! Would definitely recommend spending an afternoon at her salon!

DO NOT GET DIP AT THIS PLACE. She seemed very nice at first but then was very rude and condescending. I noticed that when she was putting powder on my nails, parts of my nail were not being covered. I asked her if she could fill the gaps in and she said that my nails were “not meant for dip,” that there was nothing she could do about it, and that maybe next time I shouldn’t ask for dip. Another thing was the top coat ended up all clumpy and patchy. When she was done, I had glue under my nails and she did not even TRY to clean up the surrounding area of my nails, which left color everywhere on my nails. I don’t typically give bad reviews but I paid almost 60 dollars for someone to give me terrible customer service and a bad nail job that was entirely unprofessional.

This is a very beautifully decorated salon and Michele is wonderful!! I just appreciated the personal service, it's a one on one experience. Definitely recommend and definitely planning to return. So relaxing!

Such a nice change from the large salons, cozy, pretty, peaceful with lovely decorating and then add on Michele for expert pampering. No rush, gentle, relaxing pedicure or if you want a manicure, she can do all kinds of good stuff. I am a repeat customer who plans on repeating again in the near future!
