Over the years I've purchased highest quality JKAdams maple cutting boards for myself & as gifts, also beautiful table linens, bowls, Simon Pierce hand blown glass vase, knives, s&p shakers, kitchen tools & gadgets. kitchen themed Christmas ornaments, etc ...always new items to see. Pricingvs fair, & they hold good sales periodically & regularly discount items as well. The staff has been very customer oriented, consistently friendly & very helpful.

I had a really bad experience in this store. I was interested in buying a salad bowl, a cutting board and some other gifts for family. In addition to not having much inventory of what I wanted, the staff people were incredibly rude. So much so that I ended up putting the items I had picked out back on the shelves. I wouldn’t recommend a visit to their retail store. It seems like they have nice boards that are sold wholesale but visiting them in person will leave a bad taste in your mouth. Not worth the drive.

I wanted a cutting board with a well for juices. I looked far and wide before finding the one I bought, It was in the neighborhood of $100. I am disappointed with the seams where the pieces were glued together are opening up. For that kind of money I expected better. I plan to epoxy the splits so the next time the juices won't leak all over the stove. I am not too happy.

There was a lot to see here. Some great gifts if you're looking for gift giving. Some nice cheeseboards and a lot of knives. I also had food items for sale. We bought the pickled garlic cloves. well worth the stop.

I got GREAT customer service from JK Adams. A maple carving board developed a big crack after just a few months of ownership. Surprising because I’m good about keeping my boards oiled. Anyway, after a few email exchanges the board was warranty replaced. Top notch!
