Every time they fill my tank, despite valid and active cc on file, the collections call comes in, they try again and it works.Very unorganized accounting.

Called to switch services to another company they come without notice and dig up the propane tank and take it when it’s freezing out this is illegal. If I didn’t have cameras I wouldn’t known till pipes froze. Just can’t believe this can happen.

Buyer beware!! Service is terrible. We reported two propane leaks in less than 6 months and it took hours to get anyone to attend to it. The last leak and final straw was a result of the tank being overfilled when the driver randomly decided to fill it despite the 70% full marker. Will never use or recommend their company and I strongly encourage you to do due diligence before giving them your money because you won’t get it back even when their equipment is faulty

Be aware that if you use them, the employees might walk right into your house without knocking, to “check the pilot lights” but not tell you that they’re there to check the pilot lights. They’ll then let themselves into different rooms of your house after being asked, “what’s going on? Can I help you? Why are you in my house?”. They will then tell you that your hot water heat is electric, and leave without any more words.Not sure if that’s written in the employee handbook but, someone thinks it’s okay.

When we had them install an underground tank in 2017, they charged for fixing some of their own mistakes. Getting gas often required several calls. This year they ignored an email order and, in response to phone calls, promised delivery in January, then in February, and then "several weeks" after that -- even though I told them we needed a refill because the tank serves an emergency generator. We just switched suppliers.

I agree with Rachel. The woman who answers the phone needs to retire- or at least be kept away from customers. I've never spoken to someone so condescending. Super rude and obviously could care less about customer service.

We are on automatic deliveries and had to call 5 times this year when we were out of gas completely, or almost (within hours) out of gas. This is unacceptable for automatic deliveries! When they did come, they only partially (20%!) filled the tank so it was only a matter of days till we needed more. They really were difficult to deal with on the phone, not helpful or apologetic at all! I suspect they will go out of business due to lack of customers very soon, if everyone else that is having issues with them (we've talked to and heard from many of them) leaves them as well as us.

Hold up...it's 2017, and these people somehow tracked me down from an old summer rental, and OWED ME $100!! I had no clue, but damn skippy I had them send me the check! Tell me another business that tries for 2 years to track you down, to pay you back $100? Love you, Haskins!

Bought a furnace from Haskins and it never worked and they could never fix it. Horrible service and cannot recommend at all!
