“I wanted to compliment John, Bernie and Brent for the awesome customer service and value I received during my recent visit. While performing a VT state inspection, they found a serious safety issue with my inside tires (they had been cut down to the cords by something sharp). This defect was overlooked in the past, so I had been driving on these tires all year. Now, no one I know wants to buy 4 new tires when you didn't plan on it, but, no one i know wants to blow a tire on the interstate either.
You don't usually get a second chance to be safe. My thanks to their technicians who take safety seriously. So, I got my new Goodyears and a sticker and couldn't be happier with my experience! Thanks to all and keep up the good work!”
