Called ahead said I needed a oil hug cap for my trailer. Had no clue what I was talking about. Wanted part numbers. Then hung up. Ok. So I drove there. Doors locked. Ok. Typical cause of the virus. Guy comes to the door. Tell him what I need. The common hub caps for a trailer. Closes the door as I'm telling him what else I need. When he brings my parts to me. He tells me how poorly I run my business because of my tone. . I he says he runs that store. Well doing a great job. I never got a slip for my parts
