We sell this product at Bruce's Hardware in East Otis, MA. Hands down, the best product I've seen. 100% cedar. Bigger bags, 3cuft. Great value, no comparison to lower quality 'forest product' mulch with sticks in it!

We have purchased mulch here for years and we were very happy until this season. We purchase the same amount each load, a yard and a half, but each load is a different amount with the last load no where near a yard and a half. In addition, the service has gone from friendly and helpful to snarky. They now act as though they are doing you a favor just to talk to to you. We have generally bought around 10 yards a year. We will find a new supplier.

I still do business here they have the best mulchbut the quality of the staff has gone down drastically since Kevin Barrup gave up running this place and let his father take back over

Absolutely terrible customer service. Woman who I called and spoke to was extremely rude. The 4 minute conversation on the phone consisted of nothing more than her giving me an attitude. There was also supposed to be a follow-up call, which I'm not surprised never took place. I'm all for supporting family owned businesses, but this place needs some training in customer relations. I certainly will not provide business to this brand in the future.

On 9/14/16 one of your drivers with a delivery on the way to Clark NJ stopped at the I91 rest area just below WRJ. VT. He noticed I was struggling (with a bad back) trying to change a blowout on my RV and came over to help. Between his tools and my tools we (He mostly) managed to change to the spare and get everything back together, but not before the skies opened up and showered us pretty well. I tried to pay him, but he would not accept even after I tried to tell him to buy dinner with it. I am grateful for his help. Thank you. Tell him next time he makes a delivery to Clark continue up South Ave. into Westfield until the train station. Park there with his truck and go to either Dukes or Hersheys (both right there two blocks apart) if he wants the best Submarine sandwiches ever.
