Farm & Forest Realty was founded in 1993 by Daniel Maclure. Dan entered the Real Estate Business in 1984 after careers in both building trades and dairy farming. His primary interest was in helping buyers and sellers purchase and sell farms and land, hence the name Farm & Forest Realty. The company was started on Main Street in Orleans and in over 20 years CENTURY 21 Farm & Forest has grown into a dedicated team of many real estate agents, 2 rental agents, and 4 staff members, within 2 offices located in Derby and East Burke. In 2006 Dan's son Nick moved back to VT to begin co-managing the firm and in 2013 Nick's wife Megan also joined in to help with the management. Today Century 21 Farm & Forest is the top producing team in the NEK.
