I came to Craftsbury for sculling camp and I cannot recommend it enough. Whether you are an experienced rower or never held an oar in your hand, this camp is for you.
It was such a wonderful week. The food was amazing. The coaching was top notch. And the lake was gorgeous.
I hope to make it back in the future for another camp session. Thanks, Craftsbury staff and coaches!

I have heard wonderful things about this camp so I booked. Now, because of my job I might be forced to shift things around and just asked for information about how long the waitlist might be for one of the camps. No sympathy and an absolute refusal to give me any indication of whether the list was too long to even think I would get in or not. Not willing to help in any way. Why? I wasn't asking for a guarantee, just an indicator. I am trying to see if I can shift things around so that I can go to a war zone and provide assistance to people who need it. Why be so rude? And a manager at that? This experience was a bit of a let down. I had the impression that this was a place that would treat us like more than just a number...

Such a great place for beginners and more experienced xc skiers! Beautiful trails and the staff is great at helping you choose skis if you’re renting. I feel like for women, sometimes it’s a bit tougher to find skis that work with your body type. I loved having expert women xc skiers I could talk to and get recos from!

My son has Down Syndrome and we went skiing here during an Open House with an instructor. They were so patient and accommodating! We loved our experience so much, we signed up for official lessons. Parking was a little tricky, only because the place is so popular!!

This is the sure thing spot for xc enthusiasts around VT. great trails. Wonderful people and terrain for all. It's a bit off the beaten trail but worth the mud. Great amenities with showers, gym, large lounge, and rentals for all ages, skill levels and lessons. We go regularly whenever in VT. this year it's been the only snow around. Support them and all they do!

We spent 4 nights at Craftsbury in one of the new hillside cabins. We enjoyed cross country skiing (including a fantastic lesson with instructor Cy), CrossFit, ping pong, and the sauna. The food was surprisingly delicious. We are already planning return trips!!

Great snow making and snow storage. Energy efficient modern lodge. Amazing food in the cafeteria, including vegan options. Various lodging options. Fun mnt biking and skiing.

My family have been going to the center since early 80’s, when Russell Spring started it. Still love coming up here. This past week the food was spectacular. Your friendly kitchen staff really did a great job of service and preparing the food. Only suggestions I have are get rid of the rugs in Cedar. And you need another kayak! The nice opened red one has disappeared!! Open ones are the best! See you this winter!
