Stay away- go to anyone else. Had work done and was charged the $500 deposit even though the accident was not our fault. Picked up car with no gas- they said sorry but not their problem- I had to pull over and have my husband bring a gas can to get to a station. They put the replaced tires in the car for us to dispose of! And the car needed an inspection but due to accident needed to be reprogrammed at a dealer yet they tried, failed then charged us! The stink is strong!

This auto shop is a small but mighty place. We had to replace some parts due to a minor damage. When our insurance adjuster came out for an inspection a few weeks ago, he gave us a heads-up that we would have to wait for a long while as many shops in Burlington are booked until early February. But we are SO glad that we called Steve's shop in Cornwall first. (We live in Middlebury.) Soon after hearing our concern that we need to use the car quite soon, he found parts quickly and got the job done within one week of our first visit. How lucky we were! Thank you to Steve and his son, and we are happy to be your customers!

We stopped here when our bus driver got lost and had to ask for directions back to civilization. So at least the staff is friendly and helpful.
