The people are 100% great, but supply shortages of my prescriptions over the last year have been frustrating.

I am Deaf and have been using this pharmacy for a few years. I've had issues with communication ever since the covid-19 pandemic began. They have a sign on the glass that clearly says that they have see-through masks. Well, the pharmacists would not put on a see-through mask when I initially inquired and only after I rose my voice did one do so.Not only that, but whichever one answered the phone, did not relay to the person putting my order together and they asked me for payment though I specified on the phone that I did not have any money. This was cleared up.It was a humiliating experience and not the first that I've had. UVM Medical Center is ignorant of Deaf people and their accommodation needs. I can strongly attest to this as a former employee at the main UVMMC campus. DO BETTER AND SHOW RESPECT FOR YOUR DEAF PATRONS!

Terrible. Waited almost two hours to have them look stupidly at me and all talk at once. The three women scrambling to figure out how to issue my prescription went from no active card to needing more information to trying to get Walgreens to fill it instead. One of them continued to display microaggressions, repeatedly asking if i needed a social worker to come pay for it. Ended up having to pay out of pocket in order to get the prescription even though all of my insurance info was not only provided, but in their system. Watched them pull the same “insurance issue”on someone else while I waited. Lied about reimbursement, gave attitude and bad energy the minute i walked in. DO NOT COME IF YOURE A NEW PATIENT, STUDENT, OR OUT OF STATE. THEY ARE NOT CAPABLE OF ASSISTANCE.
