This is the worst post office known to mankind. I’ve sent multiple packages from this location that have mysteriously gone missing with no solution. Now my mail is being forwarded to another address without me requesting this service. The staff is no help & management is rude and argumentative so don't even bother. If I could give a negative rating I would.

I live in apt building , my apt # is clearly on my address, All packages are left 4 doors down or at bottom of stairs , Not Good because some packages are Medical supplies , Have reported this before but continues to happen ,

Fabulous employee who moves extremely fast and is a rapper. He was very good with the elderly English language learner that was next to me during service. He was able to serve three people at a time with each one of us feeling served and special.

They do not answer the phone. They are currently not delivering packages. I attempted to pick up a package that has been "waiting for delivery scan" for six days now, and was told I cannot. I understand they are having staffing issues but this is ridiculous.Also, for the last year and a half, we consistently receive mail in our mailbox that belongs to our neighbors. I assume they probably receive mail that is addressed to us.

No mail for days at a time. Not sure why they feel they know what is "important" enough to get delivered. If you have no help, perhaps you could let the residents know so we can find better ways to have our items shipped. Like horse and buggy.

Colchester post office has a hard time delivering packages on time. Several times the packages are very late, forgotten and when I go to the actual post office all they say is to be patient. I understand sometimes a package can get lost but when it happens every time, It’s very frustrating. The staff are friendly. But when it’s their problem your packages are continuously late/days late they don’t every give you answers. They just say be patient. They need to do their job better.

There is nobody to deliver the mail. Asked the guy to go and look and he said “it’s just a massive pile of stuff” and wasn’t willing to even look. So you can’t even stop and pick it up.Edit: I stopped in again and explained the urgency of getting my package and a supervisor did go into the back and find it for me. The few people in there are really trying to make the best of the labor shortage.

Absolutely terrible service. I can understand being short staffed, but not delivering mail for weeks at a time and getting packages weeks late? Unacceptable. I called to inquire and was told my mail person was sick and my mail would be delivered in two days. It’s now been a week and still no mail. Not okay.
