“I bought a 2011 Subaru Outback about a month ago. I wanted to wait to make a review until my inspection was due. To be honest the negative reviews made me very nervous. However when I got there they were very friendly. They let me look at the cars I wanted and never tried to steer me in any direction to look at a different vehicle or something out of my price range. The only thing that I had to have fixed to pass inspection was 3 bulbs for my headlights. A very minor and cheap fix. As a woman who also brought a woman friend with me to find a suitable and safe vehicle for myself and children; I was never once treated any differently compared to some sellers who try to take advantage of women when they are on the market for a car. No used car will be 100 perfect. Do your research and ask questions. I will definitely recommend to anyone who is in need of a used car!”
