I have an older Sundance Hot tub. I have every interaction I have had with Shepnell pool and Spa has been great. They are informative, patient and sell a great product. If you are looking for a spa include Shepnell in your decision making process and go see these guys. They are not transactional. The service team is punctual and .always look to solve your spa problem in the most cost effective manner.

Recently my hot tub needed servicing. Shepnell Pool and spa was able to fix my broken tub the next day. They were on time and very friendly. I’ll be using them again and recommend them to anyone!
