We were very satisfied with our 1-night stay. The upgraded (1 bedroom suite with full kitchen) room was clean, comfortable, and modern. Cathy at the front desk was an absolute pleasure to work with when our key stopped working the morning of checkout, and again when we were heading out. My only gripe is to do with the shower: the water pressure on the 4th floor (at one of the ends, #401) is not very good. We would definitely stay here again.Rooms: Love love love the gas fireplace.Food & drinks: The complimentary breakfast is pretty standard stuff - eggs, sausages, waffles, breads with jam/pb/nutella, cereal, some fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, and coffee.Noteworthy details: We were delighted to check into the hotel and get all the way to our room without interacting with a single human (digital key), but perplexed that the hotel has disabled the key sharing function in the Bonvoy app which meant only one phone could open the room.

Everything a Residence Inn should be. Gave me the perfect suite with a fireplace and beautiful mountain views at a great price. Staff had a great attitude and provided excellent service. Made for a wonderful and restorative weekend retreat.

As Marriott titanium members, we've stayed at our fair share of residence inns. This one was very similar to all the others, but I did enjoy the nice sized gym, pickle ball courts, and outdoor areas. We were upgraded to a two bedroom two bathroom suite and the space was phenomenal. However in the master bedroom, the heating/cooling system made horrific noises all night long. The breakfast was horrible. Potatoes tasted as if they were microwaved. Not sure what Marriott has done with their breakfast!

Have stayed there many times. Always excellent! Everyone I have encountered from the front desk , housekeeping and kitchen have always gone above and beyond to take care of guests and make them feel welcome . Five stars from me !

Good location and ok breakfast . Stuff is very nice but sort of can’t do anything about anything. We booked about 6 rooms about a year in advanced , 5 nights each. Our room was double room with a living room in the middle .We were suppose to have a sofa bed opening but I’ll share the pictures of the mattress we got. I’m sure I do not need to say more…My son just sleeps on the sofa as it is because of it.The air conditioning is extremely noisy (nothing can be done)There is a constant drip from the air conditioning above our room every time it works. Think about sleeping with an annoying noise of water dripping all the time .The kitchen is not clean and there is mold in a small part in the shower. One shower water pressure is so low and when we moved the bed to pick the remote control we have seen ….When I reached out to the stuff they always reply that they are fully booked. Nothing do be done . We are here for 5 nights .This is so disappointing.I’ll never stay in this chain again.

four stars, maybe 4.3 but I'm good at four. great check in, thanks for the water and welcome. room was p e r f e c t. just what we wanted/needed after a full work day and four hour car ride (fml) pool was good for the kids in the morning after breakfast, they as always get the best of life, amiright? Speaking of breakfast , it was in my professional traveler view, a bit lower on the variety side, however, the kids KILLED m.y.o.w although dad did help pour/make the actual base waffle. I was saving myself for canadian goodies, but had some hotel bacon just for something. Checkout smooth, see you next time . ( trust me, I drove past the other options, I mean, I'm lifetime, so I was staying loyal anyway)

Our check-in was easy and our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a full kitchen. Everyone from the front desk folks that make fresh cookies nightly to the kitchen staff that prepared a generous breakfast, to the cleaning staff, especially Ralph, Christina and others, made our extended stay a pleasure.

The bed is heavenly...I literally melted into my pillows until daybreak...and the living space is superb. The breakfast is more than sufficient - nothing beats hot coffee in the mornings - and the Noon check-out was a welcome surprise.

To Whom It May Concern: I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge several members of your team at the Residence Inn Colchester/Burlington VT that really stood out during my recent stay there on June 7th. These are individuals who I strongly feel go above and beyond their job criteria to make guests truly feel like they are at home! First of all, I wanted to say Thank You to Cathy at the Front Desk who took my reservation over the phone a few days prior to my arrival! Cathy is AWESOME! She's Personable, Friendly, Professional and a great face for the Residence Inn! I stay at a lot of Residence Inns across America as that is my Hotel of Choice…PERIOD!! If I stay at another Marriott Property it’s because the Residence Inn in the area is sold out or there isn’t a Residence Inn in the area! Nonetheless, if I could clone Cathy I would put her at the Front Desk of EVERY Residence Inn across AMERICA!! She is one of those individuals who take extreme care in making sure that all of the guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay at the Residence Inn in Colchester! She does her job flawlessly and is an exemplar for others that are in her position. Secondly, I would like to move over to the Kitchen/Dining Area. Like I said, I’ve stayed at a LOT of Residence Inns! Never have I met someone so passionate and caring about his job like I witnessed in that of Burshell! Burshell immediately greets everyone as they enter the Breakfast Buffet area and introduces himself as such, “Good Morning, My name is Burshell. Should you have any questions or require anything specific in regards to your dietary needs please do not hesitate to let me know? If you have any questions I am here to assist in any way I can!” NEVER in the History of my stays at Residence Inn have I ever been greeted with such warmth, compassion and sincerity like I did at this location! Burshell wants everyone to feel like this is their kitchen, this is their home and he does NOT disappoint! Brushell even went out of his way to bring out a tray of Caramel Drizzle Apple Crumb Cakes (Which by the way is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE at the Residence Inn. They don’t always have them but when they do it’s a treat! I wish they served these everyday!) and served them to seated guests which honestly made the Residence Inn feel like a Five Star Restaurant! I mentioned to Burshell how I absolutely LOVED the Caramel Drizzle Apple Crumb Cake and to my surprise he went out of his way and wrapped a couple on a plate for me to take on the road! That is ABOVE and BEYOND Service that you just don’t get anywhere these days! I was literally shocked by his kindness, sincerity and thoughtfulness because unfortunately, it is simply uncommon these days! Finally, I wanted to acknowledge Sophia in Sales & Marketing! It’s not often that Sales & Marketing gets an acknowledgement since they are typically behind the scenes but in this situation I feel it’s important to acknowledge those that aren’t typically the first person that guests will see or interact with as the Front Desk and the Kitchen usually gets all the attention! Nonetheless, I reached out to Sophia in regard to my wonderful stay at her location and I had mentioned Cathy & Burshell as really standing out! She was truly beyond happy that my experience was so wonderful but you could tell how proud she was of her Teammates there! A Team isn’t a team unless everyone supports each other and works together in making their place of business run like a well-oiled machine! What truly got me was her sincerity, excitement, passion, pride and pure happiness that her Teammates were knocking it out of the park at the Residence Inn Colchester! That really caught my attention because True Leadership and Excellent Management is the ability to see the greatness in others and acknowledge and commend them when they see excellence! Sophia is truly a leader and a true asset to the management team! Although, most don’t have the fortune of meeting Sophia who in my opinion is probably one of the best Sales & Marketing Man

Friendly nice people and about the best laid out studio I've ever been in. Quiet and without a sound since it's not right on the highway like most of the other hotels. It is about 10 minutes away from Burlington but well worth the trek. The picture is the pretty view out my window from the fourth floor. I have to admit that folks on the lower floors probably look on a retaining wall.

Clean. Very well maintained. Breakfast buffet was a huge plus. We were very comfortable and you can very easily control the climate of the room. 24 hour coffee. EVEN iced coffee. Clean pool area. Very welcoming general manager. Great place to stay. No insects.

My first morning there, 155.00 a night and there is no coffee. So I went back 20 minutes later, no coffee. Who is responsible for this? I paid a bunch of money for a subpar room, that was not very clean. I was staying for a week while moving and the front office told me that I couldn't park my 22 foot moving truck in the parking lot. They told me to move it to the park and ride area down the road. There's hypodermic needles all over the ground there. Would you want all your household belongings left there?? So, I went back to the manager and told them I needed to park in their lot. They said if I took up 1 parking space it would be OK.Breakfast was served daily. There was plenty of the fake eggs, microwaved sausage and stale bagels for everyone. There was people stomping around upstairs until midnight every night I was there.
