My recent experience with the shop was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. After facing recurring issues with my vehicle, I reached out for assistance, expecting a helpful response. Instead, the person who answered the phone was not only unprofessional but also openly hostile. He raised his voice and used disrespectful language, leaving me feeling bewildered and insulted. I have never faced such poor treatment from an auto shop before, which only exacerbated an already stressful situation. Rather than receiving the support and guidance I needed, I was met with rudeness that made me question the shop’s commitment to customer service and quality. It is disheartening to feel dismissed and belittled when all I wanted was help with my vehicle. I even sent an email regarding my experience the same day but received no response.

We have found Partner Tire & Service to be extremely reasonable and competent. Everyone is on top of there job. The work is done in a timely manner. We think that they are great.

They saved us when we needed help! On a Saturday just as we were preparing to drive 12 hours to our home, one of our tires developed a leak from a mashed valve. I couldn't put air in an underinflated tire. The Partner Tire team took us immediately and filled the tire. No charge. My sister-in-law recommended them because they have a good reputation. I couldn't agree more. Thanks.

What a great experience! Keeping it local for four new tires for our Subaru Outback and couldn’t be happier with the entire process at Partner Tire. Ordered our tires for a fair price, scheduled our services and was in and out. Can’t beat that! Highly recommend Partner Tires!

These guys are life savers. I got out of my car today to hear my rear tire leaking air. I jumped in my car quickly and was able to get to their shop before it went flat. Even though they were already booked with appointments, they quickly got me in, repaired my tire, and had me on the road again in 30 minutes. You don’t see that level of care and service often these days but they showed that places like this still exist. Thank you!!!

Traveling and needed help with installing an assembly for a spare tire on a Ford E350 van. These folks went out of the way to guide me to find the parts and get them installed even though it meant a small payday for them. Now I can safely travel and conveniently get access to the spare if need be.

Partner Tire took off our snow tires, installed a new set of all season radials, and did a state inspection, all in less than hour. Friendly service and reasonably priced.
