They no longer have someone in the front of the building and force customers to use the self checkout I apparently was purchasing age restricted medicine which I needed employee support which I had to wait for someone to come up and flash her badge so I could put my birthdate in. Put someone at the front of the store to assist customers who you are forcing to check themselves out. Also CVS is the only place that has this medicine as age restricted. Get your act together. This pharmacy is one of the worst I've been to!!!!!!!!

I love this pharmacy! The staff is always helpful and friendly, great product availability and the pharmacy is consistently helpful and accommodating. Also, look out for great discount deals, for ages 0-100. I usually get my grandma's Depends from here, and my sister's diapers/ wipes, for her 2 under 3! Lastly, who doesn't love the long receipt of pleasant surprises!?

Worst pharmacy I have ever used. Each time I get a RX it takes at least 2 days to fill it. People need their medication, sometimes waiting 2 or more days (it has happened!) is not an option. Employees also have bad attitudes.

I can't understand how CVS continually fills prescriptions that I have not requested regardless of how many times I talk to CVS stores. Whether it is text notifications or phone calls, I'm surprised at how unstable CVS's systems are. Twice now, I've told CVS I never subscribe to automatic refills. I've taken myself out of text notifications, and now I'm still getting automatic refills and daily phone calls reminding me that I have a prescription ready for pick up. It is beyond me how this keeps happening and is leading me to consider my alternatives for prescription medications. I've spoken with CVS each time this happens. Nothing ever gets better, and the store suggests I call "corporate". Sure I have nothing better to do than try to register a complaint at "corporate". I'm sure the phone lines are open just waiting for my call! But no, I'm just going to stop telling CVS about their mistakes and let the prescriptions sit there until the pharmacists has to undo their work and return them to stock. Seriously - store personnel are who we customers deal with, not "corporate". Pharmacists and other store personnel listen to what I say, they tell me they get complaints all the time, yet nothing gets better. Is there a devious side of CVS that is trying to confuse customers and maximize revenue? I'm beginning to wonder. I'm just glad I have alternatives.
