Store is dirty. No customer restroom. Smells like sewage. Manager complained the entire time.

I'm not sure why there is such a dichotomy between the other reviewer and my self, because I experienced great customer service. I went in after two previous stops at competing stores looking for ear plugs. I was dismayed when the clerk at Champlain farms informed me they didn't have any either. However, she took it upon herself to prioritize my needs and display sacrificial courtesy by going out to her car and giving me her only personal pair of earplugs free of charge. It is refreshing to start your day with a gracious dose of kindness. Thanks again Michelle!!!

Horrible customer service. I've waited at the counter for minutes at a time while employees talk to friends or just are not present. I play horseshoes at the bar next door and am a regular customer. This morning the road I take to work was backed up and I turned into the gas station to turn towards Winooski. A man i can only assume by the way he talked was a manager or owner was standing by the pumps yelling at anyone who pulled in to turn around (which is a lot on this corner station). He said that he had already told me not to turn around there. He was very aggressive, when i told him that i had never talked to him before he took a couple steps towards my car and told me to watch it or i would get a ticket. First off how do you plan to do that. Second, even if you called the police, what will the ticket be for? My advice to you is put up a sign like a normal person and save yourself some business. I refuse to stop here for anything i need anymore. I will go 10 seconds down the hill. Standing outside a store bitching at people like a tough guy is a good way to lose all of your business and not just the people who might use you for a pull through.
