Excellent service! I needed a key made to replace a broken one and they were very helpful. The keys were done in no time and in a very friendly manner. I would definitely recommend patronizing this establishment as they are very attentive unlike the big chain stores.

I love visiting Ace in Colchester! The staff is so much friendlier here than anywhere else, and help you as soon as you walk in the door. Checking out is quick and easy. It’s a great place to get a key made professionally and fast. I tried going to Walmart first but they no longer do keys by hand and just have a machine that’s supposed to do it but couldn’t on my key, for some reason. I’m glad I tried Ace next. I love the online ordering to store option as well.
