I visited the FedEx store on Thursday, November 16, 2023, around 9:15 AM, and I must say, the experience far exceeded all my expectations.The level of customer service was truly exceptional, especially from the woman at the counter who accepted my package. Her professionalism, efficiency, and friendly demeanor made my visit incredibly smooth and pleasant.Regrettably, I didn't catch her name, but her outstanding service deserves recognition.

Definitely Do not use this place. Over night to this place means. Days of waiting for a package!!! And when you call. They tell you that someone will call you back. And no ever does! Third time in two months. FedEx sucks!!! Never again!!!

The location is a little put of the way but customer service here was good. Sue was very friendly, patient and helpful explaining all options and rates.

I went to this location with everything I needed shipped. The woman working told me she was closing the store at 12(instead of 6:30 as listed) and I should go to UPS if I need help with packaging. My previous employer shipped me a box with packaging materials to use for FedEx. The box has “fragile” written all over it and it still arrived crushed. I am extremely disappointed in FedEx and will not be using their services going forward.

Not recommended if you want to receive your package zero stars .If you order anything online request them for another shipping company but not FedEx at all otherwise you will have to search your package in dumpsters or they will never deliver.

Received a call from my neighbor this am that I had 2 packages left on a road I do not live on. They were left there rather than delivering the packages to our home. Our road and driveway were clear so there is no reason why they could not have been left at our house. The packages were labeled to be careful of moisture and they were out all night. This is not the first time, we have found packages in snowbanks before. These people get paid to deliver to the addresses on the box, not somewhere near. I tried to call customer service and could not get through as they do not have an option for complaints. All around very poor service. I would not give them a one star, more like a five star minus.

Tracking says my package was delivered. I searched outside my house, in the garage and even the place next to mine. Nope no package. The tracking didn’t even say where it was left. No local number to call. This is the second time they lost my package. Customer service rots.

Ordered 2 very expensive car tires, and I was home all day. Decided to track the package online and was surprised to see it was listed as delivered. I went out and scoured every place it could have been, it was never there. I did not ever hear a truck either which we usually do. Reviewed security cam footage and NOPE! No one stopped and delivered anything all day! The first 2 tires of 4 were delivered two days prior under one tracking number, and were in the spot listed on the delivery form. The second delivery had one tracking number per tire, and I had to file a somewhat involved claim form online with all kinds of information. Customer service is one number for FedEx now so I can't call the distribution center directly and just ask. I will never order a package again using FedEx as the shipper, without requiring a signature from someone who physically receives it.The same thing seems to have happened to a lot of people recently through this area's distribution hub. What unprofessional work ethics, get it right FedEx, your slipping and your company is starting to suck!
