Called for a tow on a Sunday night around 9pm. Showed up within about 15 minutes. Driver was very knowledgeable. He knew exactly how to load Tacoma with broken control arm onto flatbed without causing any further damage. Very fair charge for service. Would highly recommend!

Fay's was quick to pick up my car when it broke down a few weeks ago. My car was diagnosed and repaired in less than 48 hours and they were very thorough in answering any questions I had. I was satisfied with my bill and would return there if needed! Thanks Fay's!

called for a tow. broken ball joint on my truck. picked up in 15 min. truck repair was complété for pick up the next day. ty for the honest service

After being jerked around and left on the side of the road for 4hrs, called Fay's, about 45mins from the time I dialed they were on the scene and Jacob was awesome. Will definitely use them immediately in the future if the need arises.

Thanks to Rick and the guys at Fay's for good, honest work. As a woman, I've dealt with several garages & dealerships over my life -- and been screwed plenty. After my former garage of 20 yrs switched gears to trucking, I despaired finding a new mechanic -- like finding a new doctor! I'm glad my boyfriend recommended Fay's.

I needed a battery jump start at 6am and these guys were available, picked up the call on the second ring, and were at my place in less than 20 minutes. It was $100 for the jump which may seem high, but when you don't have other options it feels like a steal.

After Hillside, my mechanic of 20+ years closed, I was lost. Recently, the staff at Faye's treated me well, and fixed my brakes & inspected my car. They were patient with my questions. I'm hoping I can stop looking!

Wasn't thrilled, I hit my tire against the sidewalk while trying to avoid a pothole and it was 2 streets away from my home, but my car was out of commission, they wanted 150$ to tow it 2 streets over!!! I didn't have the money right then, so they said if you can get it by 5pm tomorrow, I won't charge you for fees, when they towed to my house, the next day.... 365$!!!!!! Not too impressed, I know gas is crazy but 150$ for literally 2 streets away? I think it's awful ??
