Chester Hardware & Mercantile is a fantastic local hardware store with a great community feel. The store is impressively clean, well-organized, and well-stocked, even with obscure items. The owners and staff are exceptionally attentive, kind, friendly, super helpful, and reliable. They provide a different shopping experience where customers get personal help to find what they need quickly. The shop also offers repair services at more than reasonable prices and has the convenient addition of an attached florist. It is highly recommended for home repairs, maintenance, wood stock, and anything else one might need.

Love this spot for home repairs, maintenance items, wood stock, etc. but the staff kicks everything up a notch. Walk in a store and imagine having someone who knows where everything is as opposed to walking around aimlessly. Just say hello and enter a different shopping experience. In and out in 10 min or less!
