I called the parts dept just before closing last night and spoke with Jeff about a Bayliner part I needed. I sent him a picture of the part and by opening of business today he had located the part and was ready to order it in for me. All the reviews about great service are accurate for sure!

My husband and I had a great experience this spring purchasing a boat at Woodard Marine with Greg Woodard. Greg was attentive to what we were looking for in a boat, showing us several options and giving us the pros and cons. He answered all our questions and we never felt rushed. Greg was friendly and calm throughout which was great since there can be a bit of excitement and nervousness for the buyers in making such a purchase. My husband returned to do the paperwork and says the process was quick and painless with all the paperwork organized and laid out. He was also present for the on-water orientation session and says the person who conducted the session was both thorough and personable. We’re thrilled with our new boat!

Bought a new 2024 Yamaha Wave runner from Woodard Marine. Kim was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Talking with her pretty much made the decision easy to purchasing the wave runner from them. Was a great price, great salesmanship, and great customer service. Kim and Rob both were excellent and very knowledgeable. Would recommend purchasing from Woodard Marine.

What comes to mind when thinking about Woodards is 'attention to detail'. When we bought in February, they have communicated along the way right up to when we picked up the boat yesterday. Greg, Lauren, Rob and the whole crew at the shop were very helpful.

I recently purchased a new Lund boat from Woodard Marine and was more then pleased with the entire experience. Greg and the entire staff were a pleasure to deal with and made the process very easy. They take the time to go over the boat in the water and showed me how to launch and load the boat, since this is the first boat I've owned that I have to trailer.
I would highly recommend Woodard Marine and plan on using them for my boating needs in the future.

Bought my first ever first new boat from Woodard’s. There wasn’t a question that was left unanswered from Greg during the buying process. He was persistent but in every good way imaginable. IE: called me to let me know the boat I purchased was marked down even lower at the time due to manufacturers rebates. I’ve purchased many things from professional dealers and this by and large was the easiest and smoothest transaction I’ve ever experienced. Extremely professional. First time I’ve ever been in the showroom and the showrooms beautiful! All options I could have had were covered. The delivery experience I don’t think gets any better than what Woodard Marina provided. Explanation, demo followed by Rob letting me take the wheel under supervision of a pro. (I needed it haha first side console I’ve ever driven). Talk about breaking things down! Rob was patient, and thorough. Showed me EVERYTHING so when I left I knew exactly how everything operated on my boat. This was incredibly appreciated. I’ve never felt so good about an investment before. They know you’re spending your hard earned money on a toy so they make sure you know what you’re doing versus just setting you free saying “good luck”.
17 out of 10 would recommend. If you’re even just CURIOUS give Greg a shout you’ll be pleasantly surprised. I was!

Our experience purchasing our boat at Woodard Marine was absolutely five star. We had the privilege of working with both Kim and Robert. They were both personable, extremely knowledgeable, honest, and comfortable to deal with. They listened to our needs, explained the different options without any high-pressure tactics that might be typical of other sales people, and they worked hard to give us exactly the boat we wanted at the best price point possible. Kim always responded to my text messages from my first inquiry on a Sunday afternoon, and even sent a follow-up thank you text after we completed the sale and left her showroom. She took us personally from the showroom to the Woodard store down the street. Who else does that? We are from Maine, and there are a number of Lund dealers much closer and more accessible than Woodard. I contacted all of them - the difference between Woodard and the others in terms of customer service and responsiveness is night and day. I would recommend them as the ONLY Lund dealer worth doing business with. Thank you Kim, Robert, and all of the Woodard Marine family!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this boat dealer. Great service and friendly staff. As a new boat owner, they took me on the water and gave me detailed instructions on care and maintenance. They even trailered my boat to the lake and dropped it off for me. If you're looking for a boat, this is the place!
