I want to give a shout out to Ethan and Dan and the whole Notch Road Auto team. We were on a road trip through the area when our car suddenly broke down. Despite being booked solid they were able to squeeze us in and put in a new alternator in time for us to check out from our hotel. Reasonable prices and amazing service. They really went the extra mile! (no pun intended)

Extraordinary, great, service.
I rarely rate anyone 5 stars.
This shop was exceptional.
Had a flat.
On a very busy day for them, they plugged my tire and got me out a lot faster than I expected.
A lot less expensive than I expected.
Normally, when on vacation 500 miles from home, one would expect a local, small town shop to try and take advantage of your predicament.
Not these guys.
They were more than fair.

We can't say enough good things about this auto mechanic shop! On a Friday night as they were closing, We showed up with a horrible noise coming from the rotors due to a rock. Despite being after hours, they went above and beyond to help us out. Their customer service is the best I've ever experienced. They swiftly removed the rock, and the car was back to normal in no time. If you're ever in Vermont and have car trouble, this is the place to go! Thank you so much for your outstanding service! This is what America is a about!

My fiancé and I went skiing at Smugglers Notch for the weekend and were in a pinch when we realized there was an issue with our brakes. We called Notch Road Auto right at 8am and were so happy they were open, since it was in the middle of a snow storm. We were able to take our truck there right away and get it looked at. Gerald was our repair man for this service and he was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about the issue and was able to fix it within an hour. The price was extremely reasonable. The waiting area was comfortable with coffee, couches, a TV, popcorn machine and an area for children. We want to thank everyone at Notch Road Auto for incredible service!

Notch Road Auto Repair is an excellent shop. All mechanics are friendly and they do great work at a reasonable rate. I've read some negative reviews about them, but they are hard to believe. There is always two sides to every story, and I believe that Notch Road Auto repair is a great choice for anyone to get their vehicle repaired.Services: Steering & suspension repair
