Being new to the area I am truly amazed about all the local businesses with kind people! EXCEPT THIS STORE! I will never go there again and had my Dr switch my meds to another store... even if I have to drive thirty more minutes to do so from now on.No one deserves to be screamed at by an employee for walking in an unlocked and open store at 8:25... 5 minutes before they open.Me and another customer left immediately and I know I will never return after such rude and uncalled for behavior on the employees part.How about this?Don't treat people like trash if you value your business!I will be telling others to get what they need from another pharmacy before ever going there.

I wish Kinney Drugs, Cambridge, VT were located in NY. We visit Smuggs 3-4 times a year and the pharmacy at Kinney has always taken care of us. They are compassionate human beings who really care. My wife recently passed away and she pretty much handled everything within the household. So, when we decided to still come to Vt as she would have this summer, I thought I did the right thing by getting my son's epilepsy meds before leaving. But, I didn't realize that Rite Aid only filled a third of the prescription and never told me. They did charge me full price though so, I didn't think anything of it. Well, he ran out while we were still here. Dave and Patty went above and beyond to get his prescription and the medicine ordered so my son would have it. And they had it delivered the very next morning. Also, for the same price I pay for it at home. Really, I can't thank them enough! Thank you Dave and Patty! Like I said, I wish they were located in NY because I guarantee that I wouldn't get the same treatment there.

For one my name is wrong on all my meds and I’ve tried getting them to correct it but they haven’t second thing is they keep giving me the wrong thing I’m so sick of them messing up it’s happened every time I get a refill they always mess up Cambridge location is terrible
