The pharmacy has no people skills, so today I called to verify rx's have been sent there, to confirm that my meds are there and are being filled prior to me hiring a cab/Uber to drive me there to be told totally opposite from the person who is representing pharmacy ,that my meds will be ready in 30 to 40 minutes. Than I arrive at 6:15 pm (call was made at 1:15) and they haven't any clue about meds or even a prior call I made to verify them being ready to be picked up. Even showing my call out list on my cell, still they had no idea. Told me I had to come back after 10:00 a.m. next day. Lol. I don't have $ like that, where I can pay an Uber $20.00 each time, is the pharmacy going to start paying for my rides , they should seeing how they are the ones telling me it's there and being worked on right then! Now my wife & I are looking for a new pharmacy that will recognize there customers 1st. Also, this same exact thing happened to her just this past Tuesday, she called at 5:30, was told was ready, went at 6:45, was told it hasn't even been started, and that they close in 10 minutes and they were not going to fill them she had to go back the next day.the woman pharmacist was out of line in how RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL she was! Sorry for my rave but it upset me enough that I am now for 1st time in my life giving a negative post, never have I posted anything. Get it together Walgreens!

They have given me the wrong dosage of my medicine three times. Unfortunately, I have to keep using them because they are the only pharmacy that has the medicine I need.

When this store was a Rite Aid, it was great. We got all our family's meds there for years without issue. But the quality, competence & customer service dropped off sharply after it was purchased by Walgreens. I don't know if it's due to poor management, or poor internal systems, employees who don't know what they're doing, or some combination. But the confusion (ex: not being able to find people in the computer system who've been there for years), the lack of communication (ex: if you can't fill a Rx, you need to LET SOMEONE KNOW by calling them, don't just wait until they show up for that much-needed medication to say "Ops. yeah, we couldnt fill that. Youll have to call your doctor"), & the endless hoops we were forced to jump through EVERY SINGLE TIME we needed a refill became so ridiculous that we finally moved our entire family's prescriptions to the Hannafords pharmacy. I'm never going back to Walgreens.

This is my first ever yelp review - I know people have bad days so I've never felt inclined to blame anyone for that before. But I have had 4 interactions total with this pharmacy and they were all bad. It is a convenient location for me but I will travel out of my way to avoid them in the future.1st time: cashier asked when my baby was due. I told her a year ago, thank you. She said "really?!" and kept looking at my belly and some people around her, doubled down on her assessment of my pregnancy status as if she knows better than I do and then told me about her grandchildren until I asked if she was ready for my credit card yet. (No apology)2nd: I went to pick up photos 2 days after I received notification they were ready. They were not. The cashier also had her mask under her chin in the middle of pandemic business guidelines.3rd: I called to see if photos were ready and was laughed at because the machine was broken. Was offered no timeline of when to expect them, alternate plan, or apology.4th: called 2.5 weeks after initial order. They are supposed to be same day but I get that there's a pandemic and we all need to be flexible. The machine was still broken and they said there's no way to send the order to another location. She offered to cancel my order and started to hang up after I agreed. I asked, "don't you need my name?" She said no and didn't seem to understand. "Don't you need my name to cancel my order or are you just canceling them all? Or is mine the only one...?" She pauses and said "oh sure. "Thought I should share.

Skip this pharmacy. The pharmacists are unable to handle the most basic prescription & insurance dealings. After having 2 prescriptions stolen I tried to fill them & renew them i order to not drop off them. Wow, exceptionally rude on 2 occasions. My doctors were given incorrect Information . When i called in to confirm what they needed ( I'd been given incorrect info by the previous pharmacist) the young man, overrode, would not listen & then got combative finding out the prescriptions had been stolen. Not sure what's happening in Vermont but last I checked I'm not faking robberies for contraband birth control pills. I had to ask 3 times for him to attempt to be polite Yikes - just don't bother here. I'd be concerned to even get antibiotics here not to mention going there to deal with these people when if i was actually in pain or had questions. Filed a complaint with corporate.
