I recently switched pharmacies so the commute wouldn't be as long when it came time to get my medication. Eventhough it still would be quite a commute. So,I called my new pharmacy right at 9:00 AM,when they opened I explained that I was a new costumer. And I had made sure I called at that time because there is a medication I get that pharmacies usually need to order. So the person I spoke to said it would be ok and she would get info from my old pharm and I specifically told them my phone # and told her that that one med usually needed ordering and she said she would get them ready. So,I couldn't make it in until 6 pm that evening. The lady (who really did have a stink ass attitude and was clearly not glad to help anyone) She hands me only one of my Rx's. I asked her where the other was. She says she needs to order it and since it was so late in the day,it wouldn't arrive till Weds (it was Mon). So,this really pisses me off,since I live so far away and kinda need my Rx AND I had called prompt right when they open. It also messes up the timing of me getting my meds all at once,kinda don't want to spend all my money on gas..But, whatever I decided to just go with it.However when Wednesday came I went in to pick it up,that same same miserable lady was working. They did manage to get the med in (bravo). But her attitude was really off putting. She asked to say the last 4 digits of my phone number (after I just gave it her) and I didn't quite catch what she said I asked her to repeat and she barks it at me. FU. I'm done with them

Walgreens has been our family drug store for many years, but that has ended now that they have announced that they will no longer supply medications to women who need to terminate a pregnancy.

I realized that I was out of cash and I don't know how that happened. So I checked the app and this was the nearest Allpoint ATM that is in my network. The ATM is just inside the front door.The store is tidy, laid out properly and appeared to be well stocked. I had no trouble hitting up the ATM and then picking up a small can of cashews as a snack. Hooray.[Review 18498 overall - 97 in Vermont - 2020 of 2022.]

When I went there. A middle aged lady was cashing me out. She was short. Tan and had big wrinkles. She just didn't look so happy. She was yelling at another service for paging her to cash out cross the room a long yelling conversation. Like what else were you suppose to do. She had no idea what she was doing. She was so mean! She was so mean to me! She thinks she was the boss of me. Loud voice, aggressive tone, like she was the costumer, I was working. If you don't like your job then don't work there. I feel like I had to be nice to her while she was rude. What costumer service is this? And what the heck! I was just trying to return a product. She keep on harassing me. Keep on talking down on me. I left feeling so confused. I still is. It wasn't like costumer service at all. It was the worst costumer service I got. I use to go there a lot now I hate that place!

If I could rate this place a zero, I would. THE PHARMACY IS CLOSED ON WEEKENDS!!????? Wtf!???? They claim they have no pharmacy staff willing to work weekends!?! Sent a prescription in on a Friday and they neglected to mention they're not open to pick up on the weekend. We were leaving for a vacation on Sunday and desperately needed the medication; the staff member who answered the phone said I needed to call my doctor and have it resent to another pharmacy! He put me through to a manager who non-apologetically said the same thing. I ask you, what doctor works on the weekend??!! How can they be so irresponsible when it comes to peoples' health??? Insanity! Thankfully I called another Walgreens in the area and they were AMAZINGLY helpful and managed to fill our prescription from the database without having to get in touch with my doctor. Morons at this store didn't even know that was an option.

I went to this Walgreens for the first time today to pick up a prescription. The gentleman at the counter took down my information, but could not find it in the system. I confirmed all of the information with him that I had received from my physician, but he just replied with "Yeah, I don't know." He insisted over and over that it was a problem on my end until he refused to help me any further. Everything seemed to be right on my end so I stepped to the side to call my physician. As soon as he turned around, he found my prescription. I understand that this happens, and it's no big deal, but his attitude was a problem. I received my prescription from the pharmacist and she was also pretty rude. The customer service here is lacking and I did not appreciate being treated like this. I will not be using this pharmacy from now on.

I had to pick up medication from their pharmacy yesterday(4/8/21) and It was an awful experience. Firstly, I had called It in a day before, so It would be ready, It was not. Secondly, once It was, It was given to me with zero dialogue. As I looked at my bags of medications, I knew stuff was missing. I tried to get someone's attention to let them know I was missing an item, but no one paid me any mind. I proceeded to honk my horn, It was their drive through service, still no response. Finally, she came back to ask me what the problem was. After, I explained, she returned with the missing medication and no apology. I then drove off. Once I got to my next destination, I thought I was missing something else, so I called. What an ordeal that was. Finally, she came to the phone and began to speak to me in a patronizing way. This was the final straw with Walgreens. Their customer service sucks!!!!

When this place was rite aid, I could call and talk to a pharmacist with and minute. Every time I call now that it’s Walgreens, I’m on hold for 10+ minutes. It just keeps saying that there is one call ahead of me. Liiiies!
