I had the most unpleasant experience of my life this postal office the cashier Tracy was very rude for no reason for the simple fact that I did not know that they do not have tape for the public they sell it she started talking things for no reason and I left then I came back and she He didn't want to receive me and this guy, the manager didn't even ask what was happening, he just told me to get out and called the police as if I were some fugitive without doing anything. That is synonymous with RAZISM. The way to treat a person who was only for a reason was totally inappropriate. service is inhuman the way they treat customers The manager tried to take a photo of my car and my license plate and he was outside, which violates my privacy and rights as a person

Use usps website don't go to this location! Clerks are unfriendly and unhelpful. They treat you as if you're stupid for not understanding how certain processes work. I wanted to ship a first class international package to Canada. I told them that it comes with tracking according to their website. They told me that it didn't and tried to have me pay a $45 shipping instead of a $23. Sure enough it does come with a tracking number. Had to make an account for the website, but a lot easier than dealing with them. Drove to Williston usps after with my package, they know what they are doing there.

They used to have a 24 hour package drop off but they removed it, cut their hours, and moved all their priority boxes inside the lobby. So literally this place might as well not exist if you work a 9-5 job as you can’t use it.

The clerk told me as soon as she picked up my package to be mailed at the window that I was going to be overpaying if I used the flat rate box I had addressed. She gave me a new box with self securing tape that I readdressed and saved about 4 dollars on the mailing as a result.

Lose packages and mail On a regular basis And rude when I try to talk to them about it afterward. They have lost several packages and last time I tried to talk to to someone at the Post Office the woman said well you can get a refund from the company anyway as if it were no big deal. When I have to call these companies all the time for refunds it makes them look at me like I'm lying. He delivers my mail to the wrong buildings and I have to go look for it it's really pathetic. All I know is I want what I pay for and I don't dare order anything anymore if USPS is the one Delivering. This man is slow and lazy doesn't seem to want to do his job . Makes me wonder if all of our packages are sitting in his place because he didn't want to deliver them.

Very friendly, just please drive slowly and safely through our neighborhood. Little kids play outside and people walk their dogs. These drivers especially in the big trucks on the weekends like to speed. Be safe everyone! I do appreciate the job that USPS does. Just a friendly reminder to please drive safely especially in the residential neighborhoods. Thank you ❣️

The old white guy who works at the counter is EXTREMELY Rude. He also insinuated that he he had determined there was liquid in my package when there was not. This means that he tampered with my mail to determine what was inside. This is not legal in the slightest.

This is a wonderful post office! I always find the staff to be super helpful and polite. I frequently have questions and have asked in person or over the phone and have always gotten prompt, helpful, and kind responses.
