Lazy, incompetent, and play games with packages. Can't stand going in and dealing with anyone there. Lied to my wife about a package not being there and when I showed up they magically appeared but they needed another 2 hours to sort the packages at 11 in the morning smh just horrible service and staff

Lazy is not the word for it. They are incompetent. They deliver the mail and packages to wrong address all the time. I am constantly calling the supervisor to track down my packages or mail. The staff at the post office is just as bad and the supervisor just basically shrugs your complaints off like it is no big deal. They need a whole new staff that is trained and knows what they are doing.

The young woman that delivers mail for North Ave is beyond incompetent. She has left my mail and packages at other peoples homes and they were never seen again, and when I asked the office workers shrugged and acknowledged she is completely irresponsible. This has happened 4 times now, and their reply to me was ‘you should have placed insurance on the item’…well buying online doesn’t give me an option for that. And why should i have to pay extra because of her incompetence!?

The woman mail delivery person stinks throws package over fence in backyard instead of delivering to front door as requested several times this has happened and if they happen to deliver to front door dosen't bother to know just leaves it there

This cream came today. USPS repackaged the items and invoice. You can see a footprint on the invoice. The items were not in the package that was labeled by the company. The large container had no top, missing travel size. We have been ordering from this company for years and never have received a package tampered and the manager won’t take responsibility for this negligence.

Hi my name is Nancy, im not happy with the postal service on the avenue, many times they have lost my bills in the wind and just recently they have lost my electric bill which was mailed on jan4th and today is jan13th still no mail, something needs to be done, keep getting late fees coz postal looses my mail or delivers to wrong address hope they fix this mishap, thank you

Dropped off a greeting card that had a gift card in it, despite having forever stamps on it had to pay extra postage and was told in a very rude way. Then it was lost/stolen by USPS.Next time I’ll insure it or use UPS or FedEx.

Very lazy employees. Nobody is ever out at the counter. You ALWAYS have to ring the bell to get service, and that's not saying they'll come right out. I was dropping off a package, and one computer was down, so instead of having me wait in the lobby (especially during COVID-19) the gentleman moved to the other computer to scan my package and give me a receipt. The lady worker came out and screamed at him in front of me explaining how there are germs now at her computer and he has to sanitize everything. Very unprofessional- it seems she was too lazy to come out and deal with customers to begin with
