Caitlyn and crew are fantastic. People make a business like this great to deal with. Had a fragile piece of art sent to our home in Florida and unfortunately it arrived damaged. Caitlyn help with the claim and resolved the issue quickly. 2nd piece showed up quickly after the claim and looks great. We will use this UPS store in the near future for all our Burlington shipping needs.

UPS is the most unreliable delivery company in Vermont. Don’t trust this company if you manage a business. Best to support USPS or FedEx - both offer sustainable delivery times, dates and ultimately your products actually arrive. No more worthless UPS customer service, lies about delivery or other false narratives they push to shadow their inadequacies of being anything short of reliable.

I submitted an online order here and expected to pick it up in 2 hours. When I arrived, the UPS staffs can’t access the online order with the absence of the manger, prompting me to start sending files from the scratch.

I went to UPS Store #2821 to ship out a few returns. The boy working there was extremely rude. He was wearing PJs and sandals with socks. He didn't greet me or anything. I asked numerous times if I was all set because he kept walking away and wouldn't give me a receipt. It was some of the worse costumer service I have had in a long time, and that is saying a lot because people lack costumer service skills nowadays!

Caitlyn the Assistant Manager was awesome! I’ve been to 2 other UPS stores to try and return a package. I kept having issues with the shipping code I was given. She actually took the time to ask me a couple of questions to find the solution. Great Service, she deserves to be commended!!!!!
