I love this store and the employees. They rewired an old hanging light inherited from our family and took the time to help me find a light bulb that complimented the piece and provided enough light for the space it would rest in. I have another lamp needing repair and will be back.

Amazing selection and wonderful staff. I have many lamps from here and everyone always comments on them. Every time I walk by a beautiful lamp in my home or colorful shade it makes me smile. I would never buy lamps or fixtures anywhere else!

Super disappointed that a $50 GC I purchased from an online fundraiser in June 2020 will not be honored toward a purchase at The Lamp Shop. To the shop's credit the certificate does have an expiration date, which I completely missed tracking, given that it was not posted in the online fundraising auction I purchased it from and I am not accustomed to GC's having expiration anymore. Either way, it's a $50 loss for me and potential greater loss for The Lamp Store on the purchase this would have been put toward and any purchases thereafter.

Love this place. Was here 4 years ago and got the perfect chandelier for our B&B's parlor. They were so helpful that we returned when we traveled to Burlington again and found another great chandelier for an upcoming remodel of our bathroom. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

This place has the coolest, hippest collection of lighting anywhere... and the staff is not only creative and helpful but they all have the patience of saints. Over the years, I have purchased several fixtures and many lampshades from them and for some reason, each purchase caused some emotional response that the staff helped my husband and I work through. Couples counseling, anyone? ? thank you very much!

Went in today with a broken lamp figuring I'd have to leave it for a week or ten days. The nice counter lady gave it a look and said all I needed was an on/off socket. She then proceeded to effect the repair. I was in and out in 10 minutes. This was on a Saturday! Thanks Lamp Shop!

This store is so cool, and its staff is equally helpful! It has a wide range of lamps to choose from, and more finials than anyone could imagine even exist. Fun to look at! You'll be delighted, and pleased when you visit, and do business with, this excellent local store.
