Such a classy and modern setting but still very welcoming and comfortable. The sun poors in from the lake through giant windows. And, the businesses there are so unique. It was a great find!

Legendary historic building in downtown Burlington, Vermont. The Karma Bird House is a sanctuary for an eclectic community of professional tenants in various industries, who value proximity to downtown, the waterfront of Lake Champlain, the versatility and amenities specific to KBH including a rooftop meeting house, a functioning art gallery and event space, and cafe! Major asset to BTV.

Great place to have a workspace with reasonable rents. It combines the social outlet of a friendly community while providing individual or shared office spaces. I looked at other coworking spots but needed to have the option of closing my door when needed. The other amenities are great- kitchen, conference room with beautiful lake views, a coffee shop, as well as super friendly and helpful staff.

I've had an office here since they started renting space. It's been a great experience. My clients love the space and the staff and management are always friendly, helpful, and immediately responsive if there is a problem (which has been rarely). Karma Birdhouse has been the best office rental experience I have ever had.

One of the coolest, most creative, and nurturing co-sharing office spaces I've ever encountered. This inviting old building was a Groceries Warehouse in its former life, lovingly restored and meticulously maintained with all the modern amenities one would need to both hustle and flow on a purposeful, entrepreneurial path. The operative word being "flow." It's nestled in a low key, unassuming part of town, close to the main drag, and yet tucked away steps from Lake Champlain for added tranquility and inspiration inside and out of the building. There's surprising character at every turn, and even more unique, insightful, and colorful characters to connect with in the hallways and comfortable common areas. From a spacious, uplifting art gallery, to a tasty laid back cafe, and even a Sneaky Boutique in the alley featuring one of kind, eco-friendly Vermont apparel & gifts, this is worth a visit on your Burlington travels, no matter how long or short your stay may be.

We've called the Karma Bird House our home for our business for several years. We were welcomed at the start and have become a part of a lovely community. A great place to hang and work.

Everything at KBH is of the highest quality. I feel very fortunate to be a part the community. Giovanna, Gary, and Dan create a welcoming, beautiful, and pristine space where you can focus on your work and meet a lot of talented and interesting people.

Amazing community of talented and motivated individuals. The building has character and the rotating art gallery on the main floor will make you take pause on a busy day.

As an independent massage therapist in practice for 12 years, I've rented many spaces in the Burlington area but I've called the Karma Bird House home for the last 6. I feel completely blessed to be a part of the community there. The Karma Bird House has provided a quiet, welcoming and safe space for my me and my clients to enjoy. The building is clean, bright and very well maintained, and Giovanna, Gary and Dan have always been incredibly helpful- even with the smallest needs. Between the location on the lake, the coffee at Kestrel, the art, culture, good energy and alllll the other amenities 47 Maple St provides, I will be a loyal and happy resident of the Karma Bird House as long as I'm in Vermont.

The Karma Bird House is the best combination of community, business and great people one could hope to find. I moved my acupuncture and sports medicine practice to this location over 3 years ago, and have been incredibly happy here. The management team is incredibly responsive, supportive and really cares about the success for all their tenants. The space is reasonably priced, and great to have the cafe in the main floor. If you are looking for a place to call a business home, then this is the place for you. During COVID the management team has been just amazing.Call them if you are looking for office space ASAP. This location and opportunities are a find that will provide returns not expected for your business.

I’ve kept an office at Karma Bird House for the past two years. The location is convenient not only to my home, but to local businesses (for lunch or breakfast) and to the lake (for exercise breaks on the bike path and access to downtown). The building is historic and many of the original features have been retained (high ceilings, wood floors, and many other details), and are smartly integrated with the contemporary upgrades. The building is very well maintained, and there are many amenities, with showers in some restrooms, full kitchen along with coffee and spring water stations, copiers, indoor bike rack, conference area, public sitting areas, and a rooftop meeting space with spectacular views of the lake and the Adirondacks. There’s also a coffee shop on the first floor, featuring a rotating schedule of exhibits by local artists, some of whom rent space in KBH. The staff are very friendly, engaging, and accommodating, always responsive to any need that may arise. The atmosphere is professional and the space is quiet, enabling me to get much work done. There are occasional social gatherings, hosted by management, providing tenants with the opportunity to meet and interact, along with the occasional scheduled outside event. Overall it’s my pleasure to be associated with Karma Bird House. I can’t recommend the place highly enough!
