I have worked in Burlington for the last 6 years, and have struggled to find a regular place to grab lunch on a short lunch break that provided great customer service, was clean, friendly AND good food. I had given up on the idea that I would find a place to meet my expectations. Until I stopped at THIS champlain farms. I walked in hesitant and wondering what kind of service I was going to get, and what food choices they had. I typically eat a low carb moderate protein diet.
