The guy behind the counter barked about having a phone in my hand. He couldn't have been a ruder person. I chose not to spend time or money there.

Stopped by and wasn't disappointed. Plenty of used books. Prices are great as well. Got 4 books for under 20$

Excellent service. All my questions were answered. It’s a great place to learn about turn tables etc if you’re new to records.

Stopped in for the first time last week and was greatly impressed by the selection of books and other media (i.e. vintage art prints). I was especially thrilled with the free book section out front where I found some old favorites, and my favorite board game from childhood…I had to triple check I couldn’t believe it was free since it was in such great condition! I will definitely be stopping back soon, there was so much to look through so leave yourself plenty of time to visit this shop!

Best Book Store I've Ever Been To...old stuff, new stuff, dusty stuff, odd stuff, books pilled high and low. A very magical place to explore. All the stars.

I am not familiar with this book store. The record store is AWESOME. If you have home audio equipment, you can get it repaired here. Honest and knowledgeable. Really cool used albums as well. You get what you pay for! Doing things right the first time is cost-effective.

A good used bookstore is my favorite places to be. This one is organized well and has a great selection of used and some new. More a ton of turnover but well worth the trip, especially for fiction section and ephemera. Beautiful location/view of the water, course to nearby funky stores and cafes, farmers market and Habitat Restore, so you can make a day of it

Advertises as a used bookstore, but some sections were almost all new books and the used books in others were fairly common stock. Some rarer high prices items, and a nice section of literary journals. The three dollar bargain books our front were left out during the rain. We hit every used book store we can when travelling. Four heavy readers with diverse tastes walked out with nothing, which says a great deal about the selection and pricing. You might do well I'd your needs match up with the right section. The store is clean and organized and the staff were pleasant.

This was a great stop. The young lady was super kind and helpful. I found many books. I waiver on the fifth star. I thought the prices were a little high (the records were steep) but the place had many great choices at your finger tips. And you didn't have to pay postage. I did make purchases and was excited to bring home surprises. I would highly recommend making this a stop (wrote down a few authors before entering :) )

I don't understand the comments saying the owner is rude, I came in and he was very helpful - let me keep my backpack behind the counter while I browsed, let me look around for awhile, gave me recommendations and helped me find a portable casette player that I was looking for. The place has a huge collection of records, all different genres, lots of record players too.

Great shop full of gems, mostly used. Good prices on jazz but everything else is $2-6 more than anywhere else. Tons of audio equipment, too, which seem like the primary source of income, tbf. Set aside at least an hour to get a good dig in.
