Great experiences at the pharmacy. Very helpful and professional. I have had a number of vaccinations there, they often fit me in as a walk-in, and appointments are easy to get. During Covid, I paid for Covid tests elsewhere, it was Shaw's that pointed out the tests were free under my insurance, and they had them in stock when others did not. I am in the process of moving my prescriptions from Kinney's. I notice the negative reviews below are about the grocery store, not the pharmacy...

Shaw's pharmacy is great. Because whenever I go there, ask for help, they will help me. And usually they are kind and friendly about it. Unlike the supermarket. Too bad I don't go there often. They will check me out when I ask too. Which is nice.

I sometimes shop there, but customer service didn't want to help me, before I tried to explain that the gallon water spilled and left a track he said his waiting for the worker to come back. I had to tell him can I leave the spilled water there? He said yes, has I walked away he serviced a customer behind me with no problem. So what happened to the worker he was covering for? I'm a customer so what the case is serve me. He was young ( nothing against that) but Shaws what's the problem? Your workers pick and choose who they're going to help. Oh and he didn't call for a clean up on the spilled water.

Good place to place to shop. But the customer service person was very rood to me! And i only had a ?? He made me feel like I can't ask ?? !

I cannot believe what I saw! I just stood there and watched in disbelief. If there was no star I would of done that. I was ordering fish, the person in charge was busy so this associate decided to help me which I was glad, I stood there after telling him what I needed and watched him grabbing the fish with no GLOVES on, put it this way he grab a wrapping paper for the fish instead of putting gloves on, and I'm so amaze how this is happening. After he finished all that I couldn't move because what he did. I told Tim that was his department and imagine wasting almost $40 of fish? Well Tim helped me and he did it the right way the other guy didn't wash his hands just carried on doing what he was before. Thank u Tim.

The night manager is the rudest most ignorant person I've ever met practically. Was having issues running my debit card and he said "maybe you don't have enough money"!!??? Wtf! I'd like to know this losers home address

Omg Matt! I've had the very SAME experiences with this guy! Glasses and dorky? Totally arrogant like he's above you, but obviously overcompensating for a lack of confidence and self esteem? Yup. That's him. I refuse to go in ANY Shaw's bc of this guy! Call cooperate. The service is just awful!

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. They put EXPIRED food on sale for people to buy and eat. I bought cookies because they were on sale and they were expired by TWO months! Absolutely DISGUSTING. They take WEEKS to restock items, I've gone in every week for a few weeks to check if they restocked the item and they didn't. WORST grocery store ever! Seems like there's only 3 people who work there. And they're rude! DO NOT GO HERE! This store should be shut down.

I used to shop there, and their food variety is greater than other supermarkets in the area. I stopped shopping there once they removed the self check out lanes. I don't know why they did it, maybe loss prevention, but whatever, all the other supermarkets have self check out, so I shop at those places

I must be a glutton for punishment. I am not sure why I keep returning and thinking it will get better. After today, I realize I need to find a new grocery store to LOVE. As I entered the store at 9:00 a.m. 9/3/18 on a Sunday morning, there wasn't one single grocery cart (except the powered handicap) in the entryway. Where the carts would be was so much trash, paper cups, cans, bags. It was just gross! I had to walk to the other side of the store at the exit and obtain a cart there where they were almost depleted as well. On my way back in, I told the cashier that the entrance had no carts. She snubbed me and walked away. The store has taken a dirty turn, I mean as far as cleanliness. Items on the shelf are so dusty, the floors need serious mopping. I was over in the meat seafood section and grabbed some Louis Kemps Chunk Crab Delight. There was about 30 packages and 95% of them had expired on August 13th!!!!! Today is September 2nd!!!! I brought it to someone's attention and nicely told her that should someone not be checking the dates, they are going to eat expired seafood and that I just wanted to let her know. She copped an attitude and said, "I'll let someone know". I headed to get some coffee creamer and I couldn't find one with a date that didn't expire in two days. I had enough and was tempted to leave my cart there but I didn't. Today was my last visit EVER!!!!

Big store with wide isles, pretty much every brand you can think of is in this store. The beer selection is good and they even have singles in the chilled section. Most of the time the deals are pretty good, the prices i find overall are cheaper than the store across the street, the deli has loads of salads to choose from, and you can get a foot long sandwich made for 5.00 from the deli.
