BCS is a special place because they serve a diverse community and foster learning and growth for children coming from a wide variety of backgrounds. I felt like I was making a positive impact in the community and in the future of humanity by working here using the approach of therapeutic childcare that BCS excels at. All the teachers put so much care into creating beautiful and enriching learning environments and fostering relationships with the families who send their children here. If I still lived in Burlington I would still be working here and would send my children here in a heartbeat!”
