Friendly service, I love that there's an all vegan cafe in the area! Cute outside seating right by the water.

I love this spot! One of my new favorite brunch finds in Winooski. I’ve ordered a bowl and several of their sandwiches and they never disappoint. Great views out to the river as well.

I really want to give five stars but the last four times that I’ve ordered out here I’ve gotten a completely wrong order. Luckily all of their food tastes fantastic. But I do think they have to figure out how to make sure the customers get the right order the first time unfortunately.

Top! Very good vegan food, we had soup of the day (minestrone), burger, and dumplings ?. Everything is top quality and taste. Very authentic atmosphere, waterfalls view. Burger is the best vegan burger I ever had - sometimes about ingredients combination that works really good?Parking: Parking is next to waterfalls

You can’t beat the Pingala Cafe for pure vibe. From the view of the Winooski river falls with its juxtaposed gentrified factories and bubble lettered graffiti (the best seat in the house is the one in front of this view and behind the triangular table you must squeeze past to reach), to the interior pics of guitar legends Prince and Hendrix and colorfully eclectic walls (a reflection of the colorfully eclectic menu). For my Sunday morning starter I defaulted to the Dirty Chai smoothie with its invigorating shot of cinnamon. And though I’ve tried multiple menu items over several visits, all delicious, at this point I’d have to say my favorite meal is the Buddha Boi—a savory melange of warm roasted carrots and broccoli, pickled veggies, full bodied brown rice, and greens all slathered (featured in much of its fare, slathering is something Pingala does best) in an amazingly tasty peanut sauce. Although this vegan fare is original and flavorful, it falls into the category of fast food,’ given the processed plant based meats and cheeses and highly refined carbs; however, it’s a great place to grab a quick bite or to sit and savor the riverfront views and cool Pingala vibe.

100% all vegan spot in an industrial building by the Winooski River. Seriously, stunning spot. They have a small menu but it’s nice that it’s all vegan. They had a small bakery case of goodies as well. We enjoyed our crunchwraps (it’s what they are known for!) - very yummy! It’s basically a flat burrito. We got the buffalo mac one which was a nice size, fully stuffed and the tortilla had a nice crisp to it! We got the “nuggies” on the side- which was sort of let down to see them just soy chunks warmed up- not crispy or battered. But the crunchwraps were BOMB, the location is beautiful & it’s nice to eat at a fully vegan spot! Great vibes. Great food. Great staff!
