Truly could not be happier with our service! We had my engagement ring custom made, and Kaitlyn was wonderful to work with from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend her, or any of the staff at Perrywinkle's.

I was heading to Boston from Montreal and decided to stop here on the way. I was in contact with Arijana over the phone until my arrival. Arijana took care of me to her fullest potential. Showed me many models of watches, explained to me each one in detail, even showed me one that i never heard of or would have ever known existed. I really recommend not only Arijana but Perrywinkle’s in general. Service was fantastic and way over the service you’d get anywhere here in montreal. They treated us like humans and not dollar signs. Thank you so much for a genuine great experience!

Kaitlyn was the absolute best. When I first went in she met with me and we talked about customizing my mother’s ring into something a bit more sturdy for every day wear. We came up with a design and went from there. I felt confident in my decision and never worried about my mother’s ring getting lost. She kept in touch every step of the way. She treated it as if it was her own mother’s ring. She understood the importance. She even sent a congratulations card for the first grand baby that is coming soon. She hugged me when I cried picking up my customized ring with my mother’s diamonds in it. 100% a lifetime customer as long as she’s there. I can’t thank her enough!

I seriously can not even begin to say enough amazing things about Perrywinkle’s. From their above and beyond customer service, to the way the staff makes you feel instantly comfortable. Nathan is an out and out professional at what he does! His knowledge is absolutely unsurpassable. I have never felt so completely taken care of in any business! I truly can not recommend this fine jewelry store enough! I wish I was able to give ten stars, 5 seems almost insulting for the level of care I was provided!!

Perrywinkle's is the place to go! I could not find a Jewler that had the engagement ring of my dreams. My Fiancé and I visited Arijana at Perrywinkle's, and she told me that she could help create the perfect ring. I showed her one picture and then her and my Fiancé designed the ring of my dreams! Every detail of my ring is beautiful. I am so in love. My Fiancé and I went to Perrywinkle's for our wedding bands as well. Arijana found us the perfect bands that fit us as a couple. We love Arijana and the Perrywinkle's team. Thank you Arijana, and thank you Perrywinkle's!

I'm not even sure where to start. If you ever go to Perrywinkle's in Burlington you need to use Arijana. I have never met someone with so much knowledge and enthusiasm about the work she does. On top of that her taste for jewelry from a ring or earrings or even a Rolex is so perfect. She designed my Fiancées engagement ring and nailed it on the first try. She knew what metal and what color and what accessories to use based off of looking at her hand just once. She truly cares about her clients and it shows. Perrywinkle's in general is such an amazing place for all of your jewelry needs but if you want to make it a magical experience, especially if it's for a special occasion like an engagement ring or an anniversary Rolex, make sure that Arijana is there beside you to help enhance your experience like you couldn't imagine. Replacing my 30 yr old Rolex in today's high demand market was going to be a challenge! And it didn't seem like dealing with big, impersonal dealers in NYC or Boston was going to help. Fortunately, I discovered Perrywinkle's Fine Jewelry, an Authorized Rolex Dealer, in Burlington VT where I spend a lot of time. I initially reached out to them via phone where I met Winkle who proved to be professional, friendly and most of all informative about the process in today's Rolex world. Winkle was a pleasure to deal with and very open with regard to time it would take to deliver the Rolex of my dreams. Winkle stayed in touch and delivery proved to be very much as estimated. And speaking of delivery, it was the full Rolex experience when it came to presentation, explanation, and sizing the bracelet etc. At the same time it was done in a warm and friendly VT way that made me feel like part of the family. I cannot thank Winkle enough!!!

I went to periwinkles to get a couple of links taking out of my watch band of my Bulova and they were very friendly, super efficient, and charge me nothing. I highly recommend these people and will be bringing my future business to them.

A few weeks ago, I stopped by Perrywinkle’s to get new batteries for three different watches for my employer. I work as a nanny and was there with the little one in a stroller. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed with the offer of tea or coffee for myself and a juice box for the kiddo! It was so sweet and unexpected and the juice was gladly accepted. The whole process only took about 15 minutes and once finished, I asked how to pay for the service. The nice gentleman who helped me out said it was on the house! Overall, this was a 10/10 experience and I would gladly recommend Perrywinkle’s to all.
