Such a cool place! The staff was really nice and the atmosphere was so welcoming. I went once this morning and I’m gonna have to go again, it’s a really good spot to visit.

Eclectic mix of products and ideas. P&J Center has sustainable products from around the world. The people who work in the store are helpful without being intrusive. We bought some world music, literature, jewelry and some small food products. A very pleasant place, right next to the Skinny Pancake.

Great place to stop by for gifts! Fair trade prices, and great atmosphere. I stopped by here and picked up a few presents while I was visiting Vermont. Definitely recommend coming here if you're looking for something unique.
The Peace & Justice Store is an economic empowerment project of the Peace & Justice Center. The store itself represents more than 60 artisan groups from Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East.
Through educational displays and conversation, we introduce people to fair trade principles, communities around the world where products are made, social justice issues related to trade, as well as our Center’s work as a whole.
More than just Burlington’s source for local and Fair Trade products, the Peace & Justice Store is a window to learn about other cultures and an open door for discussion on social justice, peace, sustainability, and transparency. Our store is dedicated to raising awareness and promoting change!
