We bring our dog here every few months to get groomed. They do an amazing job. Plan to call a month in advance to get a scheduled grooming because they are in high demand. Our dog's before and after pic is attached.

Wonderful experience for pet and owner. No guilt leaving the dog at pampered pet; they clearly love dogs and worked very hard to clean, groom and coif my dog and she was not traumatized by the experience. Highly recommend.

Our nervous 3 year old golden retriever has only ever been to the old owners at pampered pet so we were really hesitant and anxious about bringing her in after the company was sold! I was so happy with how sweet the new owner, Jay, was with our Finny. He welcomed her with treats and immediately knew her name when we walked through the door and she was in very good spirits when I picked her up! Very relieved and excited that the new owners rock! Finny loved the free tennis balls as well.

My first time back since I moved and returned under new ownership, so far the care of the groomer was very nice and polite to brodee and myself. The cut was very nice and he looked like a real Maltese

They were able to squeeze my dog in after closing hours on same day of calling! My dog was sprayed by a skunk and they eliminated the smell! A few washes, brushing and a moisturizer left her fur and skin so soft. Included was a nail trimming and ear cleaning, picked up a collar too all for a great price! My dog is a fussy girl with separation anxiety, which they handled well. They took care of her within the hour of drop off as well. They have a selection of all your dog essential needs: collars leashes treats ect. The man and his mom love dogs! These people have good attitudes and indeed pampered my pet. I’d rather give them business instead of petco or pet smart
