Second time coming here to buy disposable vapes. Both didn’t work after around 2 hits. Scammed 60 bucks for a few rips from a vape. Just go down the road to a better shop.

I’m beyond disappointed and frustrated with Northern Ligjts and their willingness to stand behind the product s they sell. I have purchased multiple Yocan Vape pens from NL in the past year. Every one of them has broken or stopped working shortly after being purchased. My most recent experience was to purchase a pen 10 days ago that I used maybe 5 times before it broke. I brought it back in to see if they might be able to find it, or possibly swap it out for another product. They stated that it’s a known issue and that they will not do anything about it. I have to submit a claim through Yocan. When I asked if I could speak to a manager other than the one who’s was working when I came in. He refused and told me he was as high as it goes Abe the buck stopped with him. When I asked why they would sell a product they knew had issues like this? He said customers can choose what they want to buy. Not sure how that answers my question. Bottom line, don’t buy anything from them they don’t care about their customers. You have plenty of other option locally to support a company that treats customers this way

Would give this place zero stars if I could. The people who work there act like they don’t care whether or not they should even brush their teeth in the morning. Forget about actual customer service. And their prices? The highest I’ve ever seen in any smoke shop in Vt. Steer clear of this place.
