I went in on Saturday - and sat for about 20 mins while a salesman b.s.'d with a "customer" who had told the salesman that he "wasn't ready to pull the trigger" ! I was MORE than ready to pull the trigger, but there was no sales staff. Very disappointing. Humiliating treatment. I will give it a second chance - someday. But a rotten first experience.

Don’t let the name fool you, this is not a Michael Kors store. It’s the best men’s, high end, store in Burlington. Tom, the owner, was very knowledgeable and helped a lot. Would highly recommend.

I went to MK as soon as they opened on a Saturday morning where I was greeted by Natalia. I told her what I wanted to leave with and that I entrusted her with making sure my clothes would be suitable for both work and leisure.I am extremely excited with what I left the store with and cannot wait to wear my new threads. An amazing experience.

The OG MK right here - this mostly men's shop on Church St carries very high quality wool and cashmere sweaters, and some really awesome custom/handmade dress shirts. They've got everything from leather shoes, belts, cuff links, silk ties, jackets, and everything in between. Everything I touched in this shop was also high thread count. Made to last.

I have been shopping at MK- Michael Kehoe for about 10-15 years on and off. In an age of people buying custom suits online, flying to Hongkong or Montreal for options, vintage options, and the mass market options, somehow Michael Kehoe survives! I appreciate quality, being treated like my business matters, and if I can get some perk/advantage/unique experience shopping at a local small business it makes it worth it. I want to feel important and have an awesome experience with a great product. If so, I'm in! I fortunately can afford to purchase these quality clothes, and I love the displays, creativity in displays, and shopping local. The brands are generally awesome but I think there needs to be some incentives for shoppers to do business here and there have been times I didn't feel like they tried hard enough to earn my business or that I didn't matter to the store. It felt like in speaking with employee a degree of snobbery in my wanting to ask question or in asking for a deal. Kinda like I wasn't worthy of shopping there. Over the years I've probably spent 20k easy, have zero regrets due to exceptional quality(except for a 700$ jacket that the inner pockets dissolved away within a month or two and with no company recourse)! Great store but could improve policies, promotions, and reducing elitism! Awesome store and happy it's in Vermont!
