A couple of weeks ago I went in and saw Kendra. I normally have all over highlights but had let them grow completely out during quarantine - so I was giving her a blank slate. I told her what I wanted and that I wanted it to be drastic. She spent 3 hours meticulously highlighting my hair, and exceeding my expectations. She even stayed late to ensure I got what I wanted. My hair looks and feels fantastic. So grateful to Kendra!

Rude owner.Yes, I was 22 min late to my scheduled appointment (approx. 3 hrs). However, this does not give anyone the right to be raising their voice at any client (and a 7 months plus pregnant, at that).Charge me more or don't have me as a client at all, but I don't need a lecture with an attitude.Unprofessional and just upsetting.Not coming back.Service: Hair styling

I've been going to see Kendra for a while now. My hair is difficult as it fine and unruly :). She's worked magic on my hair. Colored my hair once and she made it look natural and shiny. She's also good at styling. The staff has also been nice and friendly. I strongly recommend it.

I would never trust anyone else with my color. I’ve been having my color done at Jac Huntley for more than 13 years and I am always so happy when I walk out of the salon. Hands down the BEST color in BTV. Full stop.

Based on the reviews of this salon, I would NOT recommend. I spoke with Alicia on the phone and she was anything BUT pleasant and she actually hung up on me. Don't ever plan on moving or going anywhere else and needing to know what the stylist has been putting on your hair because you WON'T get it. I was asked by my new stylist to get the formula so she would know what has been on my hair so she knows how the color she is putting on will react. Jack Huntly will not give this information out to anyone. I am less than impressed with their business and their customer service and I hope no one wastes their money on people who hang up on others. That is just rude. Based on these reviews, I am sure the owner will not call me back but at this point I would not recommend them or spend my money at this salon again in the future. Less than impressed.

I've been going to Lindsay for years now and she's the only colorist I love and trust! I very particular about my highlights, but Lindsay does an amazing job of blending and making my hair look completely natural. I live in NYC now and still fly home to have Lindsay do my hair....thats how great she is!
