I brought my car here for an unexpected service while in town for business and I couldn't be happier and more thankful for Hoang's Auto Repair. Both of my front wheel bearings went bad while in town and after calling about a dozen local shops in the area, this place was the only repair shop able and willing to get me back on the road. Every place I called was booked for 2 to 4 weeks out but Hoang Auto was able to squeeze me in immediately. I highly recommend this shop for any vehicle service needs you have.

Would not let me speak kept cutting me off. Would start to explain something to me that was irrelevant to the conversation. If he would let me finish a sentence he would have understood that. Had him mansplain things that I already knew, just to tell me he couldnt do it. To say bad customer service is an understatement.

I drove up to Burlington from Virginia for a week and had car trouble on the way. I was able to find another shop to look at the car, but they did not have time to fix it before I headed back. On my walk to get the car, I passed by Hoang's and thought I would just stop in and ask his opinion. The gentleman I spoke with stopped what he was doing and answered my questions about the issue. He said to bring the car by once I had it from the other shop and he would look at it. After I retrieved the car, I pulled it up to his shop. He popped the hood, looked around, answered questions, and provided his advice. He would not take any money for it. Really nice guy. Very thoughtful and compassionate. I would take my car here if I lived in town.

I go here for everything. The mechanics are very nice and prioritize my repair when they know I am sitting and waiting (not just dropping off the car on my way to somewhere else). The mechanics also explain every repair in detail so I can take better care of my carServices: Electrical repair

This is a great little neighborhood shop. I bring my vehicle here for all of its service - tires, engine, mechanical. I've always been satisfied with the quality of the work, the speed of the service, and the fairness of the cost.
