Update: I recently had to go back to the store and both the cashiers and shoppers were very polite. I’ve upgraded my review.2 bad apples can’t spoil the whole bunch, right?Pretty store.

I am in a Wheelchair because of my Disabilities and I just moved into my New Apartment on December 08th and I really needed to get some food. After I went into Hannaford's I spoke to a lady at the Service Department and I notified her that I had to put my food in my Shopping bags and I didn't want them to think that I was Shoplifting! She said of course I could, after trying to maneuvering around 100's of last minute shoppers for 2 hours I finally got everything that I wanted and then when I got to the Self Checkout Register, I asked for some help ringing up my groceries and then the lady told me that she was opening up another Register and I was going to be the 01st person through the register! They rang up my Groceries and they put them in my Hannaford's Store Bags and they did a fantastic job on helping me out with everything and I really enjoyed my shopping visit at that Hannaford's Store located on North Avenue in Burlington Vermont. I was truly amazed and impressed by what they were doing over and beyond just to help me out with my Grocery Shopping. I was definitely very happy & grateful for their support and I would definitely recommend this Hannaford's Store to everyone who needs help just the way I needed it. I went there on December 23rd, 2023 and they did make it a very nice Christmas for me in my New Apartment.

DO NOT USE THEIR PHARMACY! They don't answer the phone and customer service just hangs up on you when you call and ask how to talk to someone in the pharmacy. Worst service anywhere!

Constantly out of necessity items and take forever to restock them. They once didn’t have the store brand mouth wash in stock for 6+ weeks, (this was well after COVID too) If you’re going to constantly do double digit price hikes then at least get an inventory manager that knows what they’re doing.

There are 4 or 5 ChargePoint stations in the parking lot. All but one was full yesterday when I pulled in. Shopping was convenient, and I found everything that I needed, including dinner of salmon, wild rice and asparagus that I'll just need to put into the toaster oven! The store is huge, with lots of choices.

This is a great store - have been going here to get my groceries for some time. The Hannaford’s team earned a five star review recently when I left my wallet in a cart in the parking lot. Thanks to Nick, Danielle, and Theresa, my wallet was returned with all of its contents the next day. Huge thanks to the Hannaford’s team - I will continue to support this location.

this grocery store stinks. there's no fish department, only prepackaged fish and heavy plastic. they're very few name brands and the shelves are thinly stocked. there's only one person at the checkout counterthere the cis only one per checking people out

I like shopping at hannafords because they are extremely helpful for the most part... the only thing I would change PERSONALLY speaking would be the setup of the store... When they went through their transformation with moving everything around , still all this time later things aren't kept together... ( EXAMPLE ) and not necessarily these products , but say chips and all the dips aren't kept together.... I definitely understand the thinking behind it being this way, it makes people go through the entire store to get what they want so they see EVERYTHING and may buy something that they most generally would not see to buy , but for those of us that are disabled it can make it difficult at times.... Other then that this store is EXILENT they always have great customer service ??
