Tow guys that rob people of their belongings. Enough said.

I brought my 2007 Honda Fit in to get a replacement alternator (they also replaced the belt) in total I was charged over 800$ for this service, which is vastly overpriced for my car's make and model. The belt makes a very loud squeaky sound when I turn the car on. A bit of research showed that this is either due to the belt being too tight or too loose, either way they didn't install it properly.TLDR: Don't use this business's services. They prey on college students and charge exorbitant prices, and then don't even fix your car properly!

Jesse who picked up my car was excellent! The owner was knowledgeable but tried to upsell us a little too much.

Handy’s unlawfully towed our car out of our driveway. They did NOT do their due diligence in checking the ID of the caller to get us towed, which means both my household AND my landlord were wronged. Then, Handy’s told me the wrong location to pick up my car, essentially stranding me without a way to get to their other impound lot. They also did not drop any charges for us. This was an absolutely ridiculous experience.

I give this 2 stars and the only reason any stars was because I got exceptional, professional, respectful, caring tow service from Jon but extremely dissatisfied with the work done to the van. I was quoted 500 to change brake lines but after he did the work he charged me 814 dollars to change brake lines. 600 for labor. Would never go back to this place again but would have the tow guy tow me again. Tow truck guy AMAZING service at the actual handys was TERRIBLE.

Great experience! John really went above and beyond! He was an honest straight-shooter and helped me troubleshoot my car issues and was able to get my car into a super tight parking spot. Quality driver who helped make my day better!

I was on my way home from a ski trip and got a flat tire. Handy’s was able to change my tire in a quick and efficient manner, the whole process took no longer than a half hour! I would highly recommend using their service and I will definitely use their service again in the future! The communication was TOP DOG!

I just detected smoke behind one of my tires and phoned AAA to tow my vehicle. Handy's arrived 2 hours later than planned, and a very friendly gentleman picked up my car. I told him I was going to Midas, and he suggested I go to Handy's because they could return my car the same day and had the AAA discount. I decided to take it in for a simple diagnostic test and see what they said. They phoned me back and said ALL THREE of my calipers were out and needed to be replaced, which would cost $1100. Ummm, no. I asked Handy's to take it to another shop that I knew, and the other shop conducted several tests and found nothing was wrong with my calipers; they stated it may have been the oil, grease, or rock that became caught that day, but they examined it and found nothing wrong. If you go to Handys, they will try to SCAM you off. And it's crazy because the tow truck driver was telling how he had young daughters and looks out for young ladies like myself, yet the company he works for attempts to rip off young women, so be cautious!

Only giving one star since I cannot give zero stars. Wasted twelve hours before calling a different company. Handy's is incompetent, with rude customer service, unable to perform even a simple job. Receptionist is full of excuses for situations she's unaware of, the owner is a liar who can't keep his story straight while screaming at you over the phone, and devolves into politcal rants. Long story short, they can't pick up one car and are not honest with their customers.

Wow. These folks are amazing….I live an hour away from Burly, and typically have compressors, impact wrenches…etc etc. Drive to Burly, last night, ti have Valentines Day diner with my wife and kids….woke up this am, to a flat ( on the rim) on my Chevy 3500. I didn’t want to put the dang donut spare on, I’m a plow guy….:Calvin, came ( as I reluctantly called and used my AAA card), was personable, and listened to my highly caffeinated banter…..bright my truck to their shop, while I waited, I had some wonderful conversations with employees and owners…..Great folks, down ti earth, and get stuff done. I don’t want another flat, however, would just pop into their shop for a great crew to banter with!Know where I’d go next time, for anything related to vehicles….Thanks y’all,Jake
