Disgusting place to shop. Unprofessional/rude staff and annoyingly inflated prices, not sure how this place is still open (especially given its location and proximity to similar stores). This chain of stores has a horrible reputation for selling fake/counterfeit products of all kinds (for instance, all VT locations are listed on the Illadelph website as being known distributors of counterfeit glass). Those factors combined with their idiotic responses to negative reviews are enough to keep me from shopping there again. Hard pass.

Been to many locations, its overpriced. You can get all of that store from aliexpress.com dhgate.com for those who like the whip cream, you can probably find them on online using google... You'd think they'd be a bit more personal and not mean. The best interaction was in saint albans a few years back, she was actually friendly, did her job well, was courteous.

WORST smoke shop in Burlington by far. Stay far away from this establishment.

They won't let you in the door until they scan your ID. That means they record it and keep it in a database. With all the hacking and identify theft why would anyone trust a small store with limited resources to safeguard their identity just to browse???

I bought a vibrating wand at the Essex Jct. location on Pearl St. At that time, my experience was a good one......until 6 weeks later.Granted, it WAS 6 weeks from the time I bought the wand until I opened it. The packaging was supposed to have a storage bag and a USB cord for charging. It did not. I went back to the store to get an exchange, not a refund. A female employee greeted me and I asked her about an exchange. As I was telling her my issue another female employee (I assume some sort of mgr. or owner) came to the counter and immediately started berating me. "Really? Six weeks?" I said I wasn't looking for refund just exchange. Her: "How do I know you didn't just take them?" I told you she wouldn't. "See?", she said. The she said, "You'll have to contact the manufacturer." I said "You sell me a defective item and it's MY fault?" Her: "Well...you don't have to shop here."Furthermore, their prices are outrageous as I was to find out after doing some comparison shopping. They know they have a captive audience when it come to adult novelties. This sorry excuse of a customer service person totally shocked me. ZERO knowledge of how to work with customers. If this infected boil of an employee were on fire and I had a glass of water, I'd drink the water. My rating is actually ZERO stars.

The staff made me feel totally uncomfortable.. I was wearing a political hat and because the staff did not agree with that candidate stance on a lot of things they decided to make me feel uncomfortable as a customer... This country was founded on free speech and free ideas... But you might want to tell your staff to keep their opinions to themselves when working because it might affect business

Staff takes their job way too seriously. Like for gods sakes, it's a sex shop, and the cashiers want you to say a specific code word for "whip cream canisters". Apparently if you know that they are made of nitrous they won't sell them to you. They literally come in a box with boobs on it. But whatever, guard your dong shop with your life I guess.

Yesterday I was out shopping in Burlington with my brother and my Service Dog "Arlo", I was excited to take my brother into the store to do some Xmas shopping, I had told him what a neat little store and how he would like it, however upon entry I was quickly and very rudely told to exit the store that my dog was not allowed in, I immediately advised the clerk that my dog was a Service Dog and he said it did not matter, I told him it definitely does matter and continued to produce my dogs credentials, and was still told it didn't matter, at which point I told him he could call the cops because I wanted a record of this event, at which point another female employee came from the back room who had been listening into the conversation came out and tried to explain to me the difference between emotional support animals and service animals, I quickly advised her I had just provided credentials than she demanded to know what my dog was trained to do, this entire time the demeanor and hostile tone that I was being confronted with was off the charts, she allowed us to continue shopping at this point, however who would ever spend money after that encounter, I was literally sick to my stomach after leaving. Everyone out there with a Service Animal needs to be aware of this so they don't have to encounter what I did!Merry Xmas Good Stuff )-:

I watched the store owners scream and yell at a homeless man outside of their store. They not only made a huge scene, but also threw away his food and water. From what I saw, the man was non confrontational and while I can understand the frustration of the store owners, the blatant disrespect and disregard for another human being was distasteful and sad to see. I watched as the store owners paced, furiously, in front of their store contacting the police. I would not give this company my business if it was the last place to shop. I am saddened by what I saw, and urge all who would shop here to look into other shops on church street that have common decency and respect for other human lives. I highly recommend Bern Gallery. Also their supply is low quality, and wildly overpriced. I wish I could give it 0 stars.See picture below for one of the scummy owners.

I would give this store 0 stars if I could but I had to give it one to start this review. I witnessed two employees (one with a blue plaid shirt and blue sneakers and one with pink hair and blue leggings on 9/11 at 8:20 PM) absolutely berate someone. The individual was experiencing homelessness and needed a place to sleep and they yelled at this person and picked a fight while shoving their camera in the persons face. The person left calmly and the two employees continued to berate this person. They threw the individuals food and water in the trash. I will never give this store business and I highly urge others in Burlington who believe in empathy and kindness to take their business elsewhere.
