Donating our car to Good News Garage was incredibly easy and a great way to give back to my community. The process was straightforward, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. I appreciated the convenience of being able to drop off our car the same day we called to see if they’d take it. Good News Garage made the car donation super easy, from initial call to handling paperwork to picking it up and providing documentation. It was nice to get a card from the recipient, too. Highly recommend if you have a car to donate.

When I was advised by my mechanic that my 14-year-old 5-speed Honda Fit would likely not pass inspection due to rust despite my conscientious maintenance, I was grateful to pass it along to Good News Garage, knowing that after having such good use from it myself, the car would benefit someone else instead. The Program Manager Wanda Robards made the donating a simple matter.

We were delighted to make our second donation.....within two weeks we had a picture of our car with the young man lucky enough to receive it and his story... i don't forsee a time that we would donate again but if you have a chance please support this wonderful organization!

As one who has now donated two cars to Good News Garage, and subsequently received eloquent letters from those who took possession of them, I can affirm what a crucial difference such donations can make in the lives of worthy people. Even without the generous tax write-off I can claim, I'd still be motivated to keep giving cars I'd otherwise trade. I can afford to, and the gratification I get out of knowing someone in need has been helped is worth far, far more than anything I'd get from a trade-in at the dealer's.

I think they should change their rules on who they donate vehicles too, they only donate to people on reach up with a child in their custody but what about the people who work that don't qualify for states assistance and are in need of a vehicle in able to keep their job to be able to help their family? There's hard working people who can't afford a vehicle and are trying to support children that aren't in their custody like grandchildren, why don't they qualify?

I feel this place is poorly run on who they give cars to... My cousin just got a car from good new garage and he's lazy and refuses to work even though he's very capable. I've offered him to work and he always tells me he needs family time.

Changes our lives! We were in need of a van for our disabled child, and these savior's stepped in and helped us get what we needed. Brought tears to our eyes! This was a couple of years ago, and our van is still running great. Thank you so much for everything you've done for our family!
